CAPA SAPVER \u00e0 BRETTE LES PINS\u00a0:\u00a0<\/span><\/span>NOUS NE RENONCERONS PAS\u00a0!<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

RENCONTRE DES SERVICES DE LA DGER <\/b><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n

Une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de la section locale de Brette les Pins et de la section r\u00e9gionale du SNETAP-FSU, accompagn\u00e9 d’un secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral adjoint du SNETAP-FSU (F.CARDON) a \u00e9t\u00e9 re\u00e7u ce jour par la Sous Direction EDC de la DGER en la personne de Messieurs TRONCO et NUSSBAUMER. Cette rencontre faisait suite \u00e0 de nombreux courriers de notre part tant au Cabinet du Ministre, \u00e0 la DGER qu’au Conseil R\u00e9gional, au sujet du refus, par les Services du Minist\u00e8re de l’Agriculture d’ouvrir une classe de CAPA SAPVER au LPA de Brette les Pins la rentr\u00e9e prochaine.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

ARGUMENTS CONTRE MOYENS FINANCIERS<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n

Face \u00e0 nos arguments politiques (le projet avait \u00e9t\u00e9 soutenu, valid\u00e9 par toutes les instances r\u00e9gionales tant de la collectivit\u00e9 locale que du SRFD), p\u00e9dagogiques (ce CAPA est un outil indispensable pour lutter contre le d\u00e9crochage scolaire, l’\u00e9chec de nombreux \u00e9l\u00e8ves dans la fili\u00e8re Bac Pro 3 ans) ou de Service Public (cette formation n’existe pas dans le Service Public dans les Pays de la Loire, les familles concern\u00e9es n’ont pas les moyens de faire appel \u00e0 l’enseignement priv\u00e9, les formations de ce secteur dans le Service Public repr\u00e9sente moins de 10\u00a0% des formations)…la DGER a r\u00e9pondu que les priorit\u00e9s nationales avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 mises…ailleurs et donc que les moyens nationaux et r\u00e9gionaux \u00e9taient insuffisants pour ouvrir cette formation qui repr\u00e9sente un besoin de 1134h de DGH (pour rappel, la DGH r\u00e9gionale est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 240 000h). <\/span><\/p>\n

Pendant l’heure et demie qu’a dur\u00e9 cet \u00e9change, nos avons propos\u00e9, argument\u00e9 et demander si les postes (15 ETP) initialement pr\u00e9vus pour financer la r\u00e9forme des obligations des service des enseignants (une r\u00e9forme pour l’instant report\u00e9e) pouvaient \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s…TROP TARD, les postes ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9s\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n

MAIS NOUS NE RENONCONS PAS\u00a0!<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n

Prochaine \u00e9tape, la poursuite de l’expertise…en local, puis \u00e0 l’\u00e9chelle r\u00e9gionale pour un \u00e9ventuel retour vers le national\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n

      Le niveau national (DGER), sans aucun engagement, n’a pas ferm\u00e9 la porte \u00e0 un \u00e9ventuel compl\u00e9ment de DGH si cela se comptait \u00ab\u00a0en \u00e9paisseur de trait\u00a0\u00bb (3 \u00e0 400h de DGH). <\/span><\/p>\n

      C’est tout le travail, la mobilisation que nous effectuerons dans les prochains jours pour continuer \u00e0 porter ce projet \u00f4 combien pertinent pour la r\u00e9ussite de tous les \u00e9l\u00e8ves et notamment les plus fragiles qui ont un besoin imp\u00e9rieux de ce CAPA SAPVER. <\/span><\/p>\n
