Nous valons donc si peu \u00e0 leurs yeux que nos conditions de travail et notre sant\u00e9 ne les int\u00e9ressent pas\u00a0?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>Depuis 2 ans<\/b>, nous nous battons pour obtenir des moyens de protection appropri\u00e9s et suffisants.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>Depuis 2 ans,<\/b> nous voulons des masques qui nous prot\u00e8gent r\u00e9ellement et pas seulement des masques en tissu dont on sait les limites, quand ils ne sont pas impr\u00e9gn\u00e9s de mati\u00e8re dangereuse\u2026<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>Depuis 2 ans,<\/b> nous voulons nous aussi de la distanciation\u00a0! En classe, dans les selfs, dans les internats\u2026<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>O\u00f9 sont les capteurs de CO2\u00a0, les purificateurs d\u2019air, les tests claironn\u00e9s dans les m\u00e9dias\u00a0?<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">La v\u00e9rit\u00e9 est que rien de tout cela n\u2019est v\u00e9ritablement mis en place<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">, qu\u2019il n\u2019y a aucune politique de protection sanitaire !<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Devant tant d\u2019irresponsabilit\u00e9, nous invitons <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">les personnels de l\u2019enseignement agricole public des Pays de la Loire \u00e0 <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">se r\u00e9unir en assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale pour faire un point sur les conditions sanitaires de reprise\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">\u00e0 remplir les registres SST et \u00e0 saisir par \u00e9crit le CHSCTREA ;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">\u00e0 se saisir \u00e0 compter du 5 janvier, du pr\u00e9avis de gr\u00e8ve d\u00e9pos\u00e9 par le SNETAP-FSU si les mesures de pr\u00e9vention n\u00e9cessaires et les conditions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 requises \u00e0 l&rsquo;exercice de leurs missions ne sont pas effectives<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">R\u00e9unissez vos instances de sant\u00e9 s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail et exigez :<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">des masques FFP2<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">des autotests et une organisation de tests dans votre \u00e9tablissement<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">des capteurs de CO2 et des purificateurs d\u2019air \u00e9quip\u00e9s de filtre HEPA<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">l&#8217;embauche de personnels en nombre (enseignants, AE, agents techniques), et non pas a minima pour assurer le remplacement d&rsquo;agents en cong\u00e9 maladie<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">la r\u00e9vision du protocole sanitaire en cons\u00e9quence, avec en particulier la mise en place de mesures adapt\u00e9es dans le cadre de la restauration collective (distanciation, quinconce, non brassage) comme des internats\u2026<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"right\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Il est temps de r\u00e9agir, <\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>ENSEMBLE <\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>!!<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dans l\u2019enseignement agricole comme \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9ducation Nationale, pas de nouvelles mesures de protection pour cette rentr\u00e9e sous haute tension sanitaire\u00a0!
