L\u2019ensemble des personnels du lyc\u00e9e Nature de La Roche sur Yon est atterr\u00e9 par les conditions de d\u00e9part de l\u2019infirmi\u00e8re du lyc\u00e9e.
\nEn effet, Madame BERTIER, contractuelle dans l\u2019\u00e9tablissement depuis 3 ans, a appris la perte de son poste et de son logement de fonction avec effet dans le mois suivant.
\nComment l\u2019Administration a-t-elle pu infliger un tel d\u00e9lai \u00e0 madame BERTIER pour pr\u00e9parer toute la logistique li\u00e9e \u00e0 cette perte d\u2019emploi et de logement ?
\nQuel remerciement au vu de son investissement depuis ces 3 ans et notamment pendant cette crise sanitaire de la COVID o\u00f9 elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 en premi\u00e8re ligne et en a m\u00eame pay\u00e9 de sa personne en contractant ce virus\u00a0!!!
\nNous ne remettons absolument pas en cause la venue d\u2019une nouvelle infirmi\u00e8re mais nous sommes afflig\u00e9s par les conditions mises en place pour son d\u00e9part qui vont \u00e0 l\u2019encontre de la tr\u00eave hivernale du logement, prolong\u00e9e jusqu\u2019au 1er juin\u00a0!
\nTous agents de cette administration, nous sommes plus que g\u00ean\u00e9s par ce fonctionnement inhumain\u00a0!
\nIl est de notre devoir de r\u00e9agir face \u00e0 une telle situation en montrant notre indignation\u00a0!!!<\/p>\n
