Nous ne pouvons que nous rejouir de votre nouvelle d\u00e9cision, l&rsquo;autorisation donn\u00e9e aux trois agents, initialement emp\u00each\u00e9s, de se rendre \u00e0 la formation syndicale organis\u00e9e par notre f\u00e9d\u00e9ration en date du 9 f\u00e9vrier 2017. Toutefois, nous tenons \u00e0 souligner deux \u00e9l\u00e9ments fort regrettables de votre d\u00e9marche. D&rsquo;une part, nous regrettons l&rsquo;aspect tardif de cette nouvelle, \u00e0 48h de l&rsquo;\u00e9ch\u00e9ance cela marque un d\u00e9ni certain pour les personnels qui doivent aussi organiser leur planning professionnel et personnel.
