LPA PISANI)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\">Le 22 f\u00e9vrier les \u00e9lus du CHSCTREA se sont d\u00e9plac\u00e9s au LPA Edgard PISANI dans le cadre leur droit de visite d&rsquo;inspection selon l&rsquo;article 52 du d\u00e9cret 82-453. Il est av\u00e9r\u00e9 que cette visite s&rsquo;est effectu\u00e9e dans un contexte et selon une proc\u00e9dure particuli\u00e8re compte tenu de l&rsquo;incurie du Minist\u00e8re en terme de respect du droit et des comp\u00e9tences des CHSCTREA.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\">Cependant, cette visite a permis aux \u00e9lus d&rsquo;\u00e9changer avec des personnels de l&rsquo;EPL (7 au total) et de faire appara\u00eetre un certain nombre de points, de situations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\">Ainsi, il appara\u00eet que les comp\u00e9tences, l&rsquo;existence m\u00eame du comit\u00e9 est ignor\u00e9 par les personnels de l&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement rencontr\u00e9s. Il appara\u00eet que les pr\u00e9conisations du Comit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de communication (panneau d&rsquo;affichage, bulletin\u2026) n&rsquo;ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 suivis d&rsquo;effet sur le site. Il appara\u00eet que le diagnostic et la plan RPS n&rsquo;ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9s \u00e0 leur terme dans l&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement et que les personnels ignorent tout de l&rsquo;action RPS. Il appara\u00eet enfin que la cellule de veille mise en place il y a de nombreuses ann\u00e9es dans la r\u00e9gion n&rsquo;est \u00e9galement pas connue.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\">Enfin, il appara\u00eet que les agents (ceux ayant exerc\u00e9 dans le priv\u00e9) sont en attente d&rsquo;un CHSCT de plein exercice au service de meilleures conditions de travail.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><u><b>CONCLUSION de la visite (Avis du CHSCTREA)<\/b><\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\">Mettre en place un panneau Sant\u00e9-s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail dans l&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\">Communiquer en r\u00e9union pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re sur le plan RPS et les autres informations, actions du CHSCTREA<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\">D\u00e9bat et vote en CA de la Charte des temps<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"western\">Avis vot\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;unanimit\u00e9<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le 22 f\u00e9vrier les \u00e9lus du CHSCTREA se sont d\u00e9plac\u00e9s au LPA Edgard PISANI dans le cadre leur droit de visite d&rsquo;inspection selon l&rsquo;article 52 du d\u00e9cret 82-453.
