Avis relatif \u00e0 la m\u00e9decine de pr\u00e9vention<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Les membres du CHSCT<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">REA<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"> constatent une <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">absence<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"> de la m\u00e9decine de pr\u00e9vention <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">dans les d\u00e9partement de la Mayenne et de la Sarthe<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">.\u00a0En cons\u00e9quence, ils demandent que tou-t-e-s les agent-e-s du MAA <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">et des EPL<\/span><\/span><\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">de ces d\u00e9partements<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">, quel que soit leur statut, aient acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un service de m\u00e9decine de pr\u00e9vention conform\u00e9ment au d\u00e9cret 82-453 du 28 mai 82.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Avis vot\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;unanimit\u00e9<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><u><b>3. Avis relatif au fonctionnement du CHSCTREA<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Les membres du CHSCT<\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium\">REA<\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium\"> constatent une <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium\">absence de volont\u00e9 de l&rsquo;administration tant \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle locale qu&rsquo;acad\u00e9mique de faire avancer certains sujets\/ dossiers\/ d\u00e9cisions du comit\u00e9. Ainsi, ils demandent que soit r\u00e9alis\u00e9 le bulletin du CSHCTREA des Pays de la Loire, que soit mis en place dans chaque EPL des panneaux d&rsquo;information sur la sant\u00e9 s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail, que les agents soient inform\u00e9s sur l&rsquo;existence de la cellule de veille, des diagnostics et plan RPS.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Ils demandent que les comptes rendus des COHS et CHSCTREA soient diffus\u00e9s aux personnels et aux \u00e9lus des commissions et du comit\u00e9. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Avis vot\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;unanimit\u00e9<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><u><b>4.
