SNETAP-FSU, SGEN-CFDT, FO, CGT-AGRI.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">La fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e scolaire 2017-2018 a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e par un ensemble d\u2019actions des personnels de l\u2019EAP, allant du boycott des Conseils d\u2019Administration de tr\u00e8s nombreux EPL, \u00e0 la gr\u00e8ve des corrections, au blocage des centres de correction d\u2019examens et \u00e0 l\u2019interpellation des d\u00e9put\u00e9s et des s\u00e9nateurs\u2026<br \/>\nCes mouvements des personnels ont fait suite au lancement des r\u00e9formes de la voie professionnelle, du bac et du bac STAV dans l\u2019EA en particulier. Ces diff\u00e9rents chantiers ont des impacts multiples sur l\u2019EA et ont surtout pour objectifs, sous couvert d\u2019une modernisation de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et de l\u2019enseignement, d\u2019effectuer des \u00e9conomies budg\u00e9taires importantes.<\/span><\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Malgr\u00e9 les contestations des agents ces r\u00e9formes ont suivi leurs cours et si nous avons obtenu satisfaction\u00a0sur quelques points concernant le bac STAV et fait modifier le financement des formations en CFA agricoles publiques, il reste de nombreux points de d\u00e9saccords pour l\u2019intersyndicale avec les r\u00e9formes actuelles. Les cons\u00e9quences risquent d\u2019\u00eatre lourdes pour l\u2019EA en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et l\u2019EAP en particulier. Dans ce contexte, les l\u00e9g\u00e8res concessions faites par le minist\u00e8re concernant la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration des ACEN,\u00a0mettant fin \u00e0 une injustice qui durait depuis 2011 et la normalisation du taux de promotion \u00e0 la Hors Classe ne suffisent pas \u00e0 r\u00e9tablir un climat serein dans les \u00e9tablissements. De plus l\u2019intersyndicale d\u00e9nonce les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s de traitements concernant les avis pour l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la classe exceptionnelle.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><br \/>\nL\u2019annonce de la suppression de 50 ETP pour la rentr\u00e9e prochaine, apr\u00e8s une ann\u00e9e blanche pour la rentr\u00e9e 2018, revient mettre de l\u2019huile sur le feu. La pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente mandature pr\u00e9sidentielle avait justement r\u00e9tablit le nombre de postes supprim\u00e9s entre 2007 et 2012. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><br \/>\nLe projet de r\u00e9forme des CHSCT et des CAP attise cette situation. La repr\u00e9sentativit\u00e9 des personnels et le dialogue social sont, comme \u00e0 l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e Nationale, de plus en plus limit\u00e9s \u00e0 leur plus simple expression !!! Ce qui est grave pour nos institutions d\u00e9mocratiques ! Nous saluons le travail des cellules de veille et d\u2019\u00e9coute en Normandie et attendons l\u2019application des CHSCT de plein exercice.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><br \/>\nLa r\u00e9forme du Bac et ses cons\u00e9quences dans nos \u00e9tablissements risquent bien d\u2019impacter lourdement nos effectifs. En seconde \u00e0 cette rentr\u00e9e nous voyons d\u00e9j\u00e0 un fl\u00e9chissement du recrutement qui traduit tr\u00e8s probablement l\u2019incertitude et les interrogations pour les familles, de l\u2019impact de cette r\u00e9forme. Si certaines adaptations ne sont pas faites, nous risquons de le payer tr\u00e8s cher. Nous demandons donc que les trois sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s dominantes puissent \u00eatre enseign\u00e9es en terminales pour conserver notre attractivit\u00e9. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Concernant le STAV nous demandons que les sections europ\u00e9ennes soient conserv\u00e9es. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Nos exigeons la mise en place des d\u00e9doublements r\u00e9glementaires, notamment en LV et en sciences, et ce d\u00e8s le jour de la rentr\u00e9e. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Pourquoi ne pas imposer aux chefs d\u2019\u00e9tablissement de proposer des fiches de service en fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e scolaire pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente\u00a0?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">La r\u00e9forme de la voie professionnelle telle qu\u2019elle est conduite \u00e0 l\u2019EN, en sacrifiant les enseignements professionnels et certaines mati\u00e8res g\u00e9n\u00e9rales, ne peut \u00eatre un mod\u00e8le \u00e0 suivre. De plus, le financement de nos CFA va \u00eatre gravement affect\u00e9 alors que ceux-ci se trouvent d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans des situations budg\u00e9taires difficiles. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Si de nombreuses adaptations ne sont pas faites dans l\u2019EAP les tensions vont cro\u00eetre, d\u2019autant qu\u2019elles sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 tr\u00e8s fortes avec certaines directions en cette rentr\u00e9e.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>En conclusion, l\u2019intersyndicale reste tr\u00e8s vigilante sur tous ces dossiers et reste d\u00e9termin\u00e9 \u00e0 pr\u00e9server notre service public de qualit\u00e9 avec ses sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s. A tout moment nous sommes pr\u00eats \u00e0 relancer les mobilisations n\u00e9cessaires si la situation l\u2019exige.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>D\u00e9claration intersyndicale.
