Volont\u00e9 de la direction de ne pas rester \u00e0 100%. 1\/3 des classes en distanciel avec roulement jusqu\u2019\u00e0 No\u00ebl. Pas d\u2019infos sur les autres centres d\u2019EPL Seine-Maritime.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><b>Chambray<\/b>: jauge \u00e0 20 1 semaine sur 2, les classes en dessous de 20 sont pr\u00e9sentes toute la semaine.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><b>Le Robillard<\/b>: syst\u00e8me mixte\u00a0 avec classes d\u00e9doubl\u00e9es qui viennent 1 semaine sur 2 quand la\u00a0 jauge est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 20; les classes en dessous de 20 viennent 1 semaine sur deux.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><b>Coutances<\/b>: pas de protocole renforc\u00e9, les coll\u00e8gues ont fait le choix du pr\u00e9sentiel. Annulations des sorties p\u00e9dagogiques.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><b>Vire<\/b>:3 classes au-dessus de 20, seules ces classes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9doubl\u00e9es au lyc\u00e9e. Les personnels sont assez sereins et en confiance par rapport aux mesures.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><b>Saint-L\u00f4<\/b>: pas de protocole renforc\u00e9, les coll\u00e8gues sont peu motiv\u00e9s pour faire du distanciel. Am\u00e9nagement au niveau du self avec plusieurs services.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><b>Saint-Hilaire<\/b>: coll\u00e8gues et \u00e9l\u00e8ves contre le distanciel, adaptation au self. Les sorties \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur sont autoris\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><b>S\u00e9es<\/b>: mesures sur le self avec diff\u00e9rents passages, un agent en plus pour le nettoyage, pas de mise en place de distanciel. Point sur la situation d\u2019une enseignante qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 menac\u00e9e de mort par un \u00e9l\u00e8ve.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><b>Le Neubourg<\/b>:Seulement 3 enseignants \u00e9taient pour le d\u00e9doublement des classes dont l&rsquo;effectif d\u00e9passe 25. Au final, des mesures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en place pour \u00eatre dans des conditions de travail plus acceptables et avec 100% des effectifs. (uniquement 3 classes avec plus de 25 jeunes.) Les m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s par \u00e9l\u00e8ve ont \u00e9t\u00e9 recalcul\u00e9s avec :nouvelle r\u00e9partition des salles par classe, sens de circulation, affectation de certaines cages d&rsquo;escalier pour certaines classes, salles, a\u00e9ration des locaux, interdiction de se rendre dans une autre chambre que la sienne \u00e0 l&rsquo;internat, contr\u00f4le de temp\u00e9rature, recensement du mat\u00e9riel que les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ont pour travailler chez eux en cas de reconfinement.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><u><b>2-Plan la\u00efcit\u00e9<\/b><\/u><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Obligatoire depuis 2015 dans les EPL (plan \u00e9crit et vot\u00e9). Un constat\u00a0: peu de plans sont en vigueur\u2026<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><u><b>3-Plan \u00e9galit\u00e9 hommes\/femmes<\/b><\/u><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Le plan minist\u00e9riel doit \u00eatre d\u00e9clin\u00e9 dans les EPL avant la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2020<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><u><b>4-Question sur l\u2019organisation des examens<\/b><\/u><u>,<\/u> l\u2019administration tarde \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre, des am\u00e9nagements d\u2019\u00e9preuve devraient sortir.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Compte-rendu CSR Normandie 20 novembre 2020 1-Point sur la situation sanitaire: D\u00e9finition des cas contacts tr\u00e8s variable.
