En voici le compte-rendu.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Comic Sans MS, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">Les enseignants font un tour de table afin d&rsquo;\u00e9voquer leurs inqui\u00e9tudes sur le manque DGH. L&rsquo;objectif de la DGER est assum\u00e9 : augmenter le recrutement avec moins de DGH (-1% : cible 2022). Tous les d\u00e9doublements \u00e9tant indicatifs, nous n&rsquo;avons plus que nos yeux pour pleurer.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Comic Sans MS, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">Toutes les questions de manque de DGH sont renvoy\u00e9es : \u00ab\u00a0C&rsquo;est au local de faire des choix, vous devez avoir des priorit\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb. Les coll\u00e8gues traduisent bien : \u00ab\u00a0si vous voulez des demi-groupes, il faut moins d&rsquo;options. Si vous voulez des options, ils faut s&rsquo;assoir sur les demi-groupes.\u00a0\u00bb Tout cela en \u00ab\u00a0faisant des choix dans les \u00e9quipes\u00a0\u00bb, alors que les coll\u00e8gues d\u00e9couvrent le 10 octobre la DGH et le cadre de la r\u00e9forme. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Comic Sans MS, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">Deux cas symbolisent ce dialogue impossible qui met clairement les discours de bonnes intentions de la DGER en contradiction ( sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et sur les salles trop petites) : <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Comic Sans MS, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">1. Un enseignant d&rsquo;am\u00e9nagement paysager se plaint de faire des TP \u00e0 20 \u00e9l\u00e8ves de bac pro alors qu&rsquo;il y a utilisation d&rsquo;outils coupants. L&rsquo;administration lui conseille de faire un planning annuel pour \u00ab\u00a0prioriser\u00a0\u00bb quels TP sont effectivement dangereux, car il n&rsquo;est pas question de d\u00e9doubler de mani\u00e8re automatique. \u00e7a c&rsquo;\u00e9tait \u00ab\u00a0avant\u00a0\u00bb. On ne sait toujours pas combien de TP il va pouvoir d\u00e9doubler, ni quel coll\u00e8gue aura moins d&rsquo;heures pour lui permettre de.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Comic Sans MS, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">2. Une coll\u00e8gue d&rsquo;informatique fait remarquer que la salle n&rsquo;a que 16 postes pour sa classe de 19 \u00e9l\u00e8ves (non d\u00e9doubl\u00e9e). L\u2019administration lui apporte plusieurs r\u00e9ponses : 2 ordi en plus (qui fonctionnent mal), et surtout, le joker qui tue : \u00ab\u00a0on a v\u00e9rifi\u00e9, dans les 19 \u00e9l\u00e8ves, il y a un redoublant qui a eu une bonne note en informatique l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, donc on peut lui proposer de ne plus venir en cours. Cela vous fera 18 \u00e9l\u00e8ves pour 18 postes.\u00a0\u00bb No comment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Comic Sans MS, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">Alors, apr\u00e8s ces exemples, on peut nous parler pendant des heures \u00ab\u00a0d&rsquo;intelligence collective\u00a0\u00bb, de \u00ab\u00a0mise en r\u00e9seaux\u00a0\u00bb, de \u00ab\u00a0rapprochement avec les besoins de territoires\u00a0\u00bb, de synergie, d&rsquo;innovation p\u00e9dagogique\u00a0\u00bb, etc.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Comic Sans MS, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">Toutes nos inqui\u00e9tudes de fin d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e qui nous ont conduit \u00e0 un mouvement social fort et in\u00e9dit se concr\u00e9tisent aujourd&rsquo;hui dans nos \u00e9tablissements en cette rentr\u00e9e.
