Elles n&rsquo;ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 communiqu\u00e9es et donc non v\u00e9rifi\u00e9es par les agents avant l&rsquo;envoi au SRFD. <br \/>\u2022 Mobilisation estivale des enseignant.es coordonnateur.rices de fili\u00e8res pour les fiches de service, les emplois du temps, qui finalement n&rsquo;\u00e9taient pas coh\u00e9rents \u00e0 la rentr\u00e9e.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-635bffa e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"635bffa\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6329536 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6329536\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>EMPLOI DU TEMPS<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>\u2022 Emplois du temps non op\u00e9rationnels encore \u00e0 ce jour : probl\u00e8mes de volume horaire, salles non affect\u00e9es, groupes classes mal param\u00e9tr\u00e9s, modifications au fil de l&rsquo;eau, \u2026. <br \/>\u2022 Beaucoup de temps pass\u00e9 par les \u00e9quipes (coordos, enseignant.es et vie scolaire) pour l&rsquo;accompagner dans les changements, parfois sans r\u00e9sultat probant, n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de se rendre plusieurs fois dans son bureau pour proc\u00e9der aux m\u00eames modifications.<br \/>\u2022 Emplois du temps sur 5 jours (parfois pour 1h de cours) pour la majorit\u00e9 des enseignant.es (temps plein ou partiel) qui engendrent des frais de d\u00e9placement, fatigue, manque de temps pour pr\u00e9parer les cours, &#8230;<br \/>\u2022 Non prise en compte des fiches de v\u0153ux (missions, aide familiale, &#8230;), y compris des <br \/>imp\u00e9ratifs p\u00e9dagogiques<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5ac7013 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"5ac7013\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7f5fcab elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7f5fcab\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">PROFESSEURS PRINCIPAUX<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p>Renoncement aux missions de professeur principal des 3 enseignantes de secondes, historiques et investies, (non reconnaissance du travail accompli et fin de non recevoir par rapport aux propositions valid\u00e9es par l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe). Au final, 2 classes se retrouvent sans PP en cette rentr\u00e9e scolaire, ce que l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe p\u00e9dagogique vit tr\u00e8s mal, avec les cons\u00e9quences que cela occasionne (mauvaise image aupr\u00e8s des parents, des \u00e9l\u00e8ves, des partenaires, \u2026)<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-454ab7c e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"454ab7c\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0d955c7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0d955c7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">AUTRES DYSFONCTIONNEMENTS<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p>\u2022 Probl\u00e8me dans l&rsquo;actualisation des documents de l&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement (livret d&rsquo;accueil des <br \/>nouveaux personnels, conseil int\u00e9rieur de juin dernier, projet d\u2019\u00e9valuation pour la fili\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale et technologique : pas de compte-rendu des r\u00e9unions, \u2026) <br \/>\u2022 Non prise en compte des compte-rendus de r\u00e9unions p\u00e9dagogiques et des documents transmis par les \u00e9quipes<br \/>\u2022 Passage de l\u2019enseignement de l&rsquo;allemand par la FOAD sans avoir pr\u00e9venu les familles<br \/>\u2022 Risque pour la sant\u00e9 mentale du personnel (arr\u00eats de certains personnels) <br \/>\u2022 D\u00e9nigrement r\u00e9gulier de l&rsquo;investissement des \u00e9quipes (culpabilisation, pression) <br \/>\u2022 Peu de travail de veille r\u00e9glementaire (notes de service, r\u00e9formes, \u2026) et de communication aupr\u00e8s des \u00e9quipes<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a466d7d e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"a466d7d\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3c55a49 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3c55a49\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">En conclusion<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f896261 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"f896261\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f811976 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f811976\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Face aux trop nombreux et r\u00e9currents dysfonctionnements rencontr\u00e9s et au mal-\u00eatre croissant qui&nbsp;se g\u00e9n\u00e9ralise dans l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe, nous craignons pour l&rsquo;avenir de notre \u00e9tablissement, la sant\u00e9 de notre&nbsp;personnel, la qualit\u00e9 de service rendu \u00e0 nos apprenant.es et l\u2019image de notre \u00e9tablissement.&nbsp;<\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Nous vous demandons donc de prendre&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">toutes les mesures n\u00e9cessaires pour que les \u00e9quipes puissent travailler dans des conditions&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">convenables et<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">&nbsp;vous informons que les \u00e9quipes se sont organis\u00e9es et mobilis\u00e9es pour&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">maintenir un service continu aupr\u00e8s de nos \u00e9l\u00e8ves (r\u00e9partition de la charge des PP, affectation des&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">salles de cours, \u2026).<\/span><\/p><p>Les personnels du lyc\u00e9e E.
