Quel est <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">le support\u00a0? <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Qui finance car il y a une question r\u00e9currente sur la distinction entre les financement<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">s<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"> public et priv\u00e9 ? Comment sont d\u00e9finis les r\u00f4les de chacun\u00a0? <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Quels sont leurs engagements\u00a0? <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">&#8230;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">On m\u00e9lange des structures qui n\u2019ont pas les m\u00eames int\u00e9r\u00eats, la m\u00eame vision, les m\u00eames contraintes, les m\u00eames valeurs et se trouvent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement en concurrence sans d\u00e9finition exacte de l\u2019implication de chacun.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;color: #008000\"><b><span style=\"font-size: medium\">3 &#8211; <\/span><u><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Concertation R\u00e9gionale PLOA, sur le volet formation<\/span><\/u><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Pour l\u2019\u00c9lan commun, u<span style=\"font-size: medium\">ne loi d\u2019orientation est un levier rare <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium\">et n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium\">ous avons rat\u00e9 une occasion de nous exprimer pour un v\u00e9ritable changement peut \u00eatre parce que nous n\u2019avons pas eu le temps d&rsquo;aller au fond des choses <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium\">et nous avons surtout <\/span>cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 attirer davantage d<span style=\"font-size: medium\">e jeunes <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium\">sans <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium\">travaille<\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium\">r<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: medium\">s<\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium\">u<\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium\">r<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: medium\">le <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium\">contenu.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Les questions agricoles, notamment par l\u2019alimentation, touchent tout le monde. Or il n&rsquo;y avait pas les acteurs de la formation ni ceux de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">L\u2019\u00c9lan commun n\u2019a pas d\u2019opposition aux<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"> 6 propositions prioritaires mais sur le<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">ur<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">s mises en <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u0153uvre. <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">Plusieurs points posent probl\u00e8me <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"> (exemple sur service civique \u2013 sur \u00e9cole maternelle, \u2026).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;color: #008000\"><b>4 &#8211; <\/b><u><b>Parcoursup &amp; Affelnet<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">L\u2019\u00c9lan commun <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">s\u2019interroge sur l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de ces outils. <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">P<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">arcours<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">up est un parcours <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">du <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">combattant <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">pour les familles <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">et <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">apr\u00e8s A<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">ffelnet <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">on observe un<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"> grand nombre de d\u00e9missions en cours de formation <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">alors que<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"> nous avons des jeunes qui passent en i<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">mmersion <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">ou lor<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">s<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"> des <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">JPO \u2026 et <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">qu\u2019<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">on ne <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">retrouve <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">pas ensuite<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Sur Parcoursup, l\u2019\u00c9lan Commun alerte la DRAAF sur la question des \u00e9tudiant.es \u00e9trangers car les dossiers qui arrivent dans les \u00e9tablissements sont de plus en plus nombreux. Apr\u00e8s plusieurs alertes, il demande une intervention politique. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;color: #008000\"><b>5 &#8211; <\/b><u><b>R\u00e9forme Lyc\u00e9es Pro<\/b><\/u><u><b>fessionnels<\/b><\/u><u><b> et Pacte Enseignant <\/b><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">L\u2019\u00c9lan commun s\u2019est exprim\u00e9 sur ces r\u00e9formes notamment dans sa d\u00e9claration liminaire (voir en d\u00e9but d&rsquo;article)<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;color: #008000\"><b>6 &#8211; <\/b><u><b>Carte scolaire RS 2024<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Sur le tableau des demandes des \u00e9tablissements, l\u2019\u00c9lan commun remarque qu\u2019une nouvelle fois le Public se restreint puisque le priv\u00e9 a encore le double de demandes.
