Les organisations FO et UNSA soutiennent la demande d\u2019annulation des \u00e9preuves terminales et la prise en compte du contr\u00f4le continu.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Le Draaf souhaite avoir un dialogue avant la judiciarisation des affaires. March\u00e9 de 15 millions \u20ac au niveau national, 7 points de livraison en Nouvelle-Aquitaine, les premiers lots, conditionn\u00e9s en boite de 5. Les tests sont arriv\u00e9s vendredi dernier en quantit\u00e9 suffisante pour les semaines qui viennent. Ils sont livr\u00e9s ou en attente de livraison aupr\u00e8s des apprenants et des personnels. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">L\u2019utilisation des autotests par les apprenants en \u00e9tablissement doit \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sous la responsabilit\u00e9 d\u2019un adulte.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Les familles ne sont pas dans la dynamique de l\u2019utilisation, entre 10 et 36\u00a0% d\u2019entre-elles seulement se disent favorables.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">L\u2019administration ne rentre pas dans le d\u00e9tail du protocole \u00e0 appliquer, quels groupes apprenants tester\u00a0? \u00e0 quelle fr\u00e9quence\u00a0? <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Le SNETAP-FSU pose la question des \u00e9tablissement sans infirmi\u00e8re. Il constate que la demi- jauge a \u00e9t\u00e9, par endroit, difficile \u00e0 respecter malgr\u00e9 la consigne minist\u00e9rielle. Il en est de m\u00eame quant au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail qui n\u2019est pas une option.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Pour le Draaf, demander \u00e0 respecter les consignes le r\u00e9jouit car il n\u2019entend pas toujours cela dans ses r\u00e9unions avec les organisations syndicales. Le probl\u00e8me de l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 pour les \u00e9l\u00e8ves se pose partout. Il reconna\u00eet les efforts des \u00e9quipes p\u00e9dagogiques pour s\u2019adapter \u00e0 la situation. Il est surpris de notre propos sur le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. Selon son analyse et sa pratique, on n\u2019impose pas le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, chaque agent volontaire pour t\u00e9l\u00e9travailler a eu la possibilit\u00e9 de le faire.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Le SNETAP- FSU est tr\u00e8s choqu\u00e9 par les propos du DRAAF sur le volontariat et le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. Malgr\u00e9 notre lecture de la FAQ et des consignes minist\u00e9rielles, il m\u00e9prise nos propos et les d\u00e9forme, mettant m\u00eame en doute notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 lire et comprendre des consignes et des textes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">La vaccination des personnels est laiss\u00e9e au libre-arbitre de chaque agent, les agents se font vacciner si ils le souhaitent.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">FO porte la question des examens et pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment du maintien des \u00e9crits du bac technologique qui ont lieu dans 15 jours. Suit-on l\u2019EN ? Que se passera-t\u2019il si les \u00e9preuves sont finalement suspendues ? Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves doivent-ils \u00eatre confin\u00e9s 8 jours avant ?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Pour l\u2019Administration, la FAQ pr\u00e9voit un protocole renforc\u00e9, les examens sont maintenus.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">En cas de \u00ab cluster \u00bb dans un centre examen, il suffit de se r\u00e9f\u00e9rer au protocole sanitaire de l\u2019EN disponible sur le site de l\u2019EN (&#8230;) Les chefs de centre en ont eu connaissance. Pas d\u2019autre d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment de r\u00e9ponse dans l\u2019imm\u00e9diat.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Cours \u00e0 distance\u00a0: prime informatique\u00a0? On l\u2019attend depuis le 1<sup>er<\/sup> trimestre\u2026 toujours rien. Pas d\u2019information suppl\u00e9mentaire. Toutefois, le Draaf se veut rassurant, il est certain qu\u2019elle sera pay\u00e9e, le ministre s\u2019\u00e9tant engag\u00e9.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">L\u2019UNSA et la CFDT font \u00e9tat d\u2019un manque de mat\u00e9riel informatique permettant le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail des personnels administratifs. Ceux-ci sont contraints d\u2019utiliser leur propre mat\u00e9riel sur lequel les logiciels professionnels doivent \u00eatre install\u00e9s.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Pour l\u2019Administration, le r\u00e9gion fourni le mat\u00e9riel p\u00e9dagogique et le mat\u00e9riel aux agents de la R\u00e9gion, il n\u2019y a pas de difficult\u00e9 majeure \u00e0 sa connaissance. Ce n\u2019est pas \u00e0 la Dger ou \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9tat d\u2019\u00e9quiper ses agents, il n\u2019y a pas de ligne budg\u00e9taire pour cela. Les EPL doivent le faire sur leur budget propre.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">L\u2019Unsa fait \u00e9tat de la difficile cohabitation entre les personnels de l\u2019\u00e9tat et de la r\u00e9gion (TFR\/informaticien) : qui intervient sur quoi ?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><b>Point 3\u00a0: Proc\u00e9dures d\u2019orientation \u2013 rentr\u00e9e 2021<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/regions-snetap-fsu.fr\/na\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2021\/06\/Parcoursup-_-point-btsa-29_avril_2021_difEE290421.pdf\">https:\/\/regions-snetap-fsu.fr\/na\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2021\/06\/Parcoursup-_-point-btsa-29_avril_2021_difEE290421.pdf<\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Les particularit\u00e9s de cette ann\u00e9e : <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Affelnet\u00a0: possibilit\u00e9 des familles des \u00e9l\u00e8ves de 3i\u00e8me de saisir leur v\u0153ux directement, il faudra voir ult\u00e9rieurement les r\u00e9sultats de cette pratique.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Parcoursup, points particuliers 2021\u00a0: baisse des candidatures mais hausse en NA, forte hausse des candidats \u00ab\u00a0hors Union Europ\u00e9enne\u00a0\u00bb. Probl\u00e9matique\u00a0des candidatures d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s venant de l\u2019\u00e9tranger, les \u00ab\u00a0vrais\u00a0\u00bb candidats sont \u00ab\u00a0noy\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb dans la masse et il y a toujours des difficult\u00e9s pour entrer sur le territoire.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Les cons\u00e9quences de la loi P\u00e9nicaud, pour la libert\u00e9 de choisir son avenir professionnel, se font sentir fortement pour l\u2019apprentissage : +20 % en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, +21 % en BTSA.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Besoin de concertation en EPL entre l\u2019apprentissage et la formation initiale scolaire pour les candidats en apprentissage n\u2019ayant pas de contrat. Lorsqu\u2019un contrat est sign\u00e9, le CFA doit effectuer la saisie dans \u00ab\u00a0parcoursup\u00a0\u00bb ce qui annule les autres v\u0153ux.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">STAV : orientation vers hors agri\/sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s : des informations \u00ab parcoursup \u00bb ont \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9es aupr\u00e8s des \u00e9tablissements d\u2019accueil sur le contenu des sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s du STAV.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">L\u2019Unsa\u00a0fait \u00e9tat de difficult\u00e9s au niveau local et d\u00e9partemental pour pr\u00e9senter les formations dans les \u00e9tablissements de l\u2019EN.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">L\u2019Administration incite \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper les liens locaux, \u00e0 renforcer les relations interpersonnelles, des difficult\u00e9s plus ou moins grandes perdurent. Dans chaque d\u00e9partement, un directeur d\u2019EPL a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 r\u00e9f\u00e9rent EN. Par ailleurs, le protocole r\u00e9gional d\u2019\u00e9laboration de la carte carte des formations professionnelles initiales scolaires est une fen\u00eatre suppl\u00e9mentaire d\u2019\u00e9changes avec l\u2019EN.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Catalogue des formations\u00a0par la voie de l\u2019apprentissage\u00a0:\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">L\u2019objectif est de centraliser l\u2019information \u00ab carif oref \u00bb, \u00ab capmetier \u00bb en NA.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Pour les situations particuli\u00e8res, chaque autorit\u00e9 acad\u00e9mique d\u00e9cide de publier (Rectorat, Draaf ou Ddjs) sur \u00ab\u00a0parcoursup\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0affelnet\u00a0\u00bb. Les \u00e9tablissements visualisent \u00e9galement et doivent veiller \u00e0 l\u2019exactitude des informations publi\u00e9es.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><b>Point 4\u00a0: <a href=\"https:\/\/regions-snetap-fsu.fr\/na\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2021\/06\/Obligation-de-formation_Cartographie-des-PSAD_2021.pdf\">Obligation de formation (16-18 ans) et travaux en r\u00e9gion<\/a><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/regions-snetap-fsu.fr\/na\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2021\/06\/Decrocheurs-_Campagne2020_Bilan-Global-DRAAF.pdf\">https:\/\/regions-snetap-fsu.fr\/na\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2021\/06\/Decrocheurs-_Campagne2020_Bilan-Global-DRAAF.pdf<\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">PAFI : parcours am\u00e9nag\u00e9 de formation initiale : possibilit\u00e9 de faire des stages d\u2019immersion pendant le temps scolaire.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Le SNETAP-FSU fait remarquer que le taux de d\u00e9crocheurs est important dans certaines composantes (MFR) de l\u2019enseignement agricole et dans certaines fili\u00e8res (services aux personnes, commerce, agroalimentaire) en particulier. Ces r\u00e9sultats confortent le service public pour \u00e9viter le d\u00e9crochage scolaire et remet en cause le syst\u00e8me d\u2019enseignement des MFR souvent port\u00e9 aux nues.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Pour l\u2019Administration, il est n\u00e9cessaire de mesurer les pertes en cours de cycle et faire un point d\u2019alerte aux \u00e9tablissements concern\u00e9s. Peu de d\u00e9crocheurs en production agricole.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Pour la filiere SAPAT, un travail est men\u00e9 depuis 4 mois avec les \u00ab familles \u00bb de l\u2019EA, il y a souvent inad\u00e9quation entre les souhaits des apprenants et realit\u00e9, \u00ab ils r\u00eavent de travailler aupr\u00e9s d\u2019enfants et et se retrouvent en ehpad \u00bb. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">L\u2019Unsa fait remarquer que la fili\u00e8re est visible pour la production agricole. Ce qui n\u2019est pas forc\u00e9ment le cas pour les autres, il y a un travail \u00e0 faire de lisibilit\u00e9 des dipl\u00f4mes. \u00a0Il faut d\u00e9velopper l\u2019orientation des \u00e9l\u00e8ves, notre syst\u00e8me de formation a \u00e9norm\u00e9ment d\u2019atout pour faire face au d\u00e9crochage.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Draaf : depuis la loi du 5\/<i>9\/<\/i>2018, les formations sont inscrites au RNCP, elles doivent se pr\u00e9senter en bloc de comp\u00e9tences.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">A partir de juin 2021, Agrosup Dijon r\u00e9cup\u00e9re les ucares. Le financement de la moiti\u00e9 de l\u2019AP avec des HSE, risque d\u2019entrainer des d\u00e9rives ppour les autres disciplines. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Fo\u00a0fait remarquer que la DGH ne cesse de baisser depuis 2018 et demande un moratoire suite \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie et aux 2 ann\u00e9es de scolarit\u00e9 difficile. L\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation \u00abmaths expertes\u00a0\u00bb revient \u00e0 la mise en place d\u2019un enseignement \u00e0 distance avec un risque pour d\u2019autres enseignements facultatifs ou optionnels. Pour les \u00e9l\u00e8ves souhaitant s\u2019orienter vers des \u00e9tudes v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaires, cela signifierait abandonner ou la biologie ou la physique-chimie, ce qui ne semble pas coh\u00e9rent. Resultat de la pr\u00e9pa stav veto\u00a0?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><b>Point 7\u00a0: <a href=\"https:\/\/regions-snetap-fsu.fr\/na\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2021\/06\/Carte-scolaire-2022-calendrier-et-procedure.pdf\">Carte scolaire 2022<\/a><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Le SNETAP-FSU\u00a0observe que le calendrier de la carte des formations, courrier du SRFD le 15\/03\/2021 pour r\u00e9ponse au 20\/05\/2021, emp\u00eache certainement le fonctionnement normal des instances des EPL.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Par ailleurs le protocole \u00ab sur la carte des formations professionnelles initiales par la voie scolaire \u00bb pose plusieurs questions, quant au vocabulaire utilis\u00e9 (\u00ab agilit\u00e9 des formations \u00bb), \u00e0 son contenu (\u00ab conf\u00e9rence des diplomes \u00bb) et aux objectifs poursuivis :<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">partenariat public\/priv\u00e9\/ entreprises<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">rappel du cadre budg\u00e9taire contraint et de la r\u00e9affectation de moyens<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">priorit\u00e9 pour le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique r\u00e9gional<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 des besoins imm\u00e9diats.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Le SNETAP-FSU interroge aussi sur les chiffres avanc\u00e9s \u00ab\u00a080% des m\u00e9tiers que \u00e9l\u00e8ves actuels exerceront en 2030 n&rsquo;existent pas\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Le DRAAF minimise notre interrogation.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">L\u2019Unsa et la CFDT\u00a0partage notre constat. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Le Draaf doute que le calendrier acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 diminuerait la concertation locale dans les EPL. Il faut trouver l\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre ce que souhaitent les enseignants, ce que veulent les professionnels, ce que peuvent porter les directeurs.
