l&rsquo;ensemble des personnels de tous les services de l&rsquo;EPL tant les conditions de travail continuent de se d\u00e9grader et faisant face \u00e0 une Direction et une Administration incapables de prendre la mesure de leur exasp\u00e9ration, ceux-ci ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de frapper fort et de dire STOP.<\/p>\n<p>Aussi, \u00e0 l&rsquo;ouverture du CA, les repr\u00e9sentants du personnels, accompagn\u00e9s de nombreux coll\u00e8gues et apprentis qui ont tenu \u00e0 manifester leur soutien, ont annonc\u00e9 leur refus de si\u00e9ger et proc\u00e9der \u00e0 la lecture de la d\u00e9claration ci-dessous :<\/p>\n\n\t\t<div class=\"wppdfemb-frame-container-1\" style=\"-webkit-overflow-scrolling:auto;\">\n\t\t\t<iframe class=\"pdfembed-iframe nonfullscreen Pr\u00e9sident du CA, le SRFD et la Direction de l&rsquo;EPL, ont ensuite tenu \u00e0 prendre la parole, rappelant \u00e0 chacun ses responsabilit\u00e9s, mettant en avant les efforts et la qualit\u00e9 du travail effectu\u00e9 cette ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Face \u00e0 tant d&rsquo;incompr\u00e9hension, les personnels ont pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 quitter la salle pendant la tirade de la Directrice et attendent maintenant la rentr\u00e9e de pied ferme pour qu&rsquo;enfin un travail commun efficace et productif soit engag\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><a
