En ce mois de novembre 2018, l’intersyndicale (SUD, CGT et SNETAP-FSU) s’\u00e9tait donn\u00e9e RDV devant la DGER, en cette journ\u00e9e de gr\u00e8ve nationale de la fonction publique.<\/p>\n

Nous d\u00e9noncions la suppression annonc\u00e9e de 50 emplois dans l’enseignement agricole public cette ann\u00e9e, pr\u00e9vue par le minist\u00e8re.<\/p>\n

Mais aussi la non-r\u00e9ponse de l’administration \u00e0 une col\u00e8re tout \u00e0 fait l\u00e9gitime : celle de fiches de service fauss\u00e9es par une note interne de la DGER en ce qui concerne les semaines qui y sont indiqu\u00e9es, contraires aux respect des arr\u00eat\u00e9s fixant les grilles horaires.<\/p>\n

Ce n’\u00e9tait pas les seuls griefs de cette mobilisation. H\u00e9las, bien d’autres maux affectent ou menacent nos conditions de travail actuellement : r\u00e9forme de l’apprentissage, prolif\u00e9ration du CCF dans la voie g\u00e9n\u00e9rale avec le \u00ab\u00a0Bac 2021\u00a0\u00bb, suppression de la g\u00e9ographie des enseignements de sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 en STAV d\u00e8s l’ann\u00e9e prochaine,\u00a0 multiplication des licenciements des ACEN ou encore des pratiques manag\u00e9riales inacceptables dans certains \u00e9tablissements ou centres, notamment ceux du SUP<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Malgr\u00e9 la pluie, les coll\u00e8gues de plusieurs sections d’EPL ou d’\u00e9tablissement du sup\u00e9rieur francilien, ont marqu\u00e9 pr\u00e9sence parmi les 250 manifestants venus de tout l’hexagone.<\/p>\n

L’apr\u00e8s-midi, les coll\u00e8gues ont manifest\u00e9 aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de toutes les organisations syndicales pr\u00e9sentes dans le cort\u00e8ge allant de Luxembourg au \u00ab\u00a0quartier\u00a0\u00bb des minist\u00e8res.<\/p>\n
