Ces \u00e9v\u00e9nements traduisent un profond manque de respect envers les engagements pris et le dialogue social. Face \u00e0 cette situation, la section locale SNETAP-FSU du Paraclet (Amiens), membre de l\u2019\u00c9lan commun, a d\u00e9pos\u00e9 un pr\u00e9avis de gr\u00e8ve pour le 9 janvier 2025 afin de d\u00e9fendre l\u2019ouverture d\u2019un BTSA GPN \u00e0 la rentr\u00e9e 2025.<\/span><\/div>\n<div aria-live=\"assertive\"><\/div>\n<div aria-live=\"assertive\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><a href=\"https:\/\/chng.it\/ZcqyTbTjjp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lien : P\u00e9tition pour BTSA GPN Paraclet<\/a><\/span><\/div>\n<div aria-live=\"assertive\">.<\/div>\n<div aria-live=\"assertive\">\n<div id=\"magicdomid10\" class=\"ace-line\" aria-live=\"assertive\">\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\"><span class=\"author-a-wz70ziz79zz77zz84zz70zz86zz67zz83zrhz65zz82zz72zt\" style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #ff0000\">Un d\u00e9bat chaotique et des prises de parole biais\u00e9es.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"magicdomid11\" class=\"ace-line\" style=\"text-align: justify\" aria-live=\"assertive\"><span class=\"author-a-wz70ziz79zz77zz84zz70zz86zz67zz83zrhz65zz82zz72zt\" style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">La r\u00e9union a commenc\u00e9 par l\u2019intervention du repr\u00e9sentant des chefs d\u2019\u00e9tablissement du public, qui a monopolis\u00e9 le d\u00e9bat avec un discours hostile \u00e0 l\u2019ouverture du BTSA GPN au Paraclet. Il a avanc\u00e9 des arguments fallacieux, affirmant une demande r\u00e9currente de son \u00e9tablissement pour cette formation, propos contredits par les faits officiels. Malgr\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9vidence de cette d\u00e9sinformation, l\u2019autorit\u00e9 pr\u00e9sidente n\u2019a apport\u00e9 ni mod\u00e9ration ni clarification.<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"magicdomid12\" class=\"ace-line\" style=\"text-align: justify\" aria-live=\"assertive\"><span class=\"author-a-wz70ziz79zz77zz84zz70zz86zz67zz83zrhz65zz82zz72zt\" style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Dans ce climat tendu, les repr\u00e9sentant\u00b7e\u00b7s syndicaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 attaqu\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s sur leur l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 par le chef du SRFD et le repr\u00e9sentant des chefs d\u2019\u00e9tablissement, qui ont ni\u00e9 leur droit de d\u00e9fendre l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat du Paraclet. Pendant ce temps, d\u2019autres repr\u00e9sentant\u00b7e\u00b7s ont pu faire valoir leurs propres int\u00e9r\u00eats sans aucune restriction, notamment au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice des \u00e9tablissements priv\u00e9s.<\/span><\/div>\n<div aria-live=\"assertive\">.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"magicdomid14\" class=\"ace-line\" aria-live=\"assertive\">\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\"><span class=\"author-a-wz70ziz79zz77zz84zz70zz86zz67zz83zrhz65zz82zz72zt\" style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #ff0000\">Un revirement incoh\u00e9rent et un m\u00e9pris des instances.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"magicdomid15\" class=\"ace-line\" style=\"text-align: justify\" aria-live=\"assertive\"><span class=\"author-a-wz70ziz79zz77zz84zz70zz86zz67zz83zrhz65zz82zz72zt\" style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Malgr\u00e9 les avis favorables du CSA R\u00e9gional des 8 octobre et 26 novembre 2024, la DRAAF-SRFD a annonc\u00e9 un revirement inattendu au CREA, s\u2019appuyant sur des \u00e9changes tardifs avec les directeurs d\u2019\u00e9tablissements, pr\u00e9tendument inform\u00e9s seulement le 11 d\u00e9cembre. Cette justification, d\u00e9mentie par les faits, illustre un manque de coordination et un pilotage acad\u00e9mique d\u00e9faillant.<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"magicdomid16\" class=\"ace-line\" style=\"text-align: justify\" aria-live=\"assertive\"><span class=\"author-a-wz70ziz79zz77zz84zz70zz86zz67zz83zrhz65zz82zz72zt\" style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">De plus, les arguments avanc\u00e9s par le chef du SRFD pour rejeter l\u2019ouverture du BTSA GPN au Paraclet \u2014 notamment que le projet ne correspondrait pas \u00e0 l\u2019\u00ab ADN \u00bb du Paraclet \u2014 sont en contradiction flagrante avec le vote unanime du Conseil d\u2019Administration en faveur de cette formation.<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"magicdomid17\" class=\"ace-line\" style=\"text-align: justify\" aria-live=\"assertive\"><span class=\"author-a-wz70ziz79zz77zz84zz70zz86zz67zz83zrhz65zz82zz72zt\" style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">La gestion d\u2019autres dossiers, comme l\u2019ouverture de la 3<sup>e<\/sup> EA \u00e0 Saint-Omer, refl\u00e8te \u00e9galement ce m\u00e9pris des instances : bien que valid\u00e9s par le CSA REA et le CREA du 8 janvier 2024 , ce projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 annul\u00e9 sans explication ni concertation et n&rsquo;a m\u00eame pas \u00e9t\u00e9 argument\u00e9 lors de ce CREA du 19 d\u00e9cembre 2024.<\/span><\/div>\n<div aria-live=\"assertive\">.<\/div>\n<div aria-live=\"assertive\">\n<div id=\"magicdomid19\" class=\"ace-line\" aria-live=\"assertive\">\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\"><span class=\"author-a-wz70ziz79zz77zz84zz70zz86zz67zz83zrhz65zz82zz72zt\" style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #ff0000\">Dialogue social bafou\u00e9 et attaques personnelles.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"magicdomid20\" class=\"ace-line\" style=\"text-align: justify\" aria-live=\"assertive\"><span class=\"author-a-wz70ziz79zz77zz84zz70zz86zz67zz83zrhz65zz82zz72zt\" style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Lors du CREA, les repr\u00e9sentant\u00b7e\u00b7s syndicaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 la cible d\u2019attaques personnelles remettant en cause leur repr\u00e9sentativit\u00e9 et, par cons\u00e9quent, les r\u00e9sultats des \u00e9lections professionnelles. Ces propos, notamment ceux de la repr\u00e9sentante de la FRSEA, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9gradants et biais\u00e9s pour les enseignant\u00b7e\u00b7s de l&rsquo;enseignement agricole public (EAP) sans r\u00e9action de l\u2019autorit\u00e9 pr\u00e9sidente.<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"magicdomid21\" class=\"ace-line\" style=\"text-align: justify\" aria-live=\"assertive\"><span class=\"author-a-wz70ziz79zz77zz84zz70zz86zz67zz83zrhz65zz82zz72zt\" style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Le silence du DRAAF face \u00e0 ces attaques et sa gestion chaotique de la s\u00e9ance ont renforc\u00e9 le sentiment d\u2019un d\u00e9ni de d\u00e9mocratie sociale. Ce climat de m\u00e9pris met gravement en p\u00e9ril l\u2019avenir de l\u2019EAP.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div aria-live=\"assertive\">.<\/div>\n<div aria-live=\"assertive\">\n<div id=\"magicdomid23\" class=\"ace-line\" aria-live=\"assertive\">\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\"><span class=\"author-a-wz70ziz79zz77zz84zz70zz86zz67zz83zrhz65zz82zz72zt\" style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #ff0000\">Le SNETAP-FSU r\u00e9agit et exige des engagements clairs.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"magicdomid24\" class=\"ace-line\" style=\"text-align: justify\" aria-live=\"assertive\"><span class=\"author-a-wz70ziz79zz77zz84zz70zz86zz67zz83zrhz65zz82zz72zt\" style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Dans un courriel adress\u00e9 au DRAAF, le bureau r\u00e9gional SNETAP-FSU des Hauts-de-France a demand\u00e9 des clarifications et des engagements sur plusieurs points :<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"magicdomid25\" class=\"ace-line\" style=\"text-align: justify\" aria-live=\"assertive\">\n<ul class=\"list-bullet1\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><span class=\"author-a-wz70ziz79zz77zz84zz70zz86zz67zz83zrhz65zz82zz72zt b\"><b>Transparence sur la r\u00e9partition des moyens<\/b><\/span><span class=\"author-a-wz70ziz79zz77zz84zz70zz86zz67zz83zrhz65zz82zz72zt\"> : D\u00e9tails chiffr\u00e9s des baisses de DGH et des suppressions d\u2019ETP, pour le public et le priv\u00e9.
