{"id":940,"date":"2018-11-15T16:20:55","date_gmt":"2018-11-15T15:20:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/regions-snetap-fsu.fr\/hdf\/?p=940"},"modified":"2018-11-18T18:39:36","modified_gmt":"2018-11-18T17:39:36","slug":"entrave-aux-droits-de-greve-envers-les-ae","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/regions-snetap-fsu.fr\/hdf\/2018\/11\/15\/entrave-aux-droits-de-greve-envers-les-ae\/","title":{"rendered":"Entrave aux droits de gr\u00e8ve envers les AE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;font-size: 18pt\">Entrave aux droits de gr\u00e8ve<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;font-size: 18pt\">envers les assistant\u00b7es d&rsquo;\u00e9ducation<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Dans un \u00e9tablissement agricole de notre r\u00e9gion Hauts-de-France, la direction avait pris la d\u00e9cision d&rsquo;amputer sur leur paye d&rsquo;octobre les heures r\u00e9ellement non faites&#8230; et non 1\/30 \u00e8me comme c&rsquo;est la r\u00e8gle pour les assistant\u00b7es d&rsquo;\u00e9ducation ayant suivis le mouvement de gr\u00e8ve du 09 octobre dernier.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Certain\u00b7es assistant\u00b7es d&rsquo;\u00e9ducation se sont vu retirer des sommes \u00e9normes par rapport \u00e0 leur salaire de base; le mardi \u00e9tant leur journ\u00e9e la plus charg\u00e9e !<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\" align=\"left\">.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Apr\u00e8s questionnement aupr\u00e8s des responsables des ressources humaines du lyc\u00e9e, nous n&rsquo;avions que leur version : \u00ab\u00a0c&rsquo;est un statut particulier\u00a0\u00bb&#8230; \u00ab\u00a0c&rsquo;est comme \u00e7a\u00a0\u00bb&#8230; \u00ab\u00a0c&rsquo;est le droit du travail\u00a0\u00bb&#8230;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\" align=\"left\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Ne faisant pas confiance \u00e0 leur parole, le secr\u00e9tariat de la section SNETAP-FSU de l&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement a prouv\u00e9 \u00e0 la direction que l&rsquo;erreur \u00e9tait grossi\u00e8re ! En r\u00e9ussissant \u00e0 obtenir des informations fiables au niveau du SRFD&#8230;<br \/>\n<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Les remont\u00e9s au SNETAP-FSU r\u00e9gional et national ont pes\u00e9es dans les discussions&#8230;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\" align=\"left\">.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Apr\u00e8s avoir demand\u00e9 une expertise au niveau du SRFD, la direction a reconnu son erreur et s&rsquo;est engag\u00e9e de la rectifier sur les payes de novembre en allouant les sommes injustement retir\u00e9es.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\" align=\"left\">.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Pour le SNETAP-FSU, ce pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement de salaire sans \u00eatre certain, pour rectifier ensuite apr\u00e8s avoir pris soin de l&rsquo;expertiser par le SRFD (pourquoi ne pas l&rsquo;avoir fait avant?!), est une faute qui ne peut \u00eatre assimil\u00e9e \u00e0 une erreur. Ou alors une erreur volontaire afin de d\u00e9courager son personnel d&rsquo;utiliser son droit de gr\u00e8ve suite \u00e0 des pertes financi\u00e8res cons\u00e9quentes.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Et ceci est d&rsquo;autant plus indigne puisque l&rsquo;attaque se porte sur les personnels pr\u00e9caires.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\" align=\"left\">.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Il est important d&rsquo;\u00eatre vigilant et ne pas croire automatiquement les \u00ab\u00a0certitudes\u00a0\u00bb que votre direction locale cherche \u00e0 nous faire avaler&#8230; Le SNETAP-FSU a les moyens de v\u00e9rification, de lancer une expertise et le \u00ab\u00a0poids n\u00e9cessaire\u00a0\u00bb pour discuter, n\u00e9gocier avec la direction.
