Elle a m\u00eame saisi l&rsquo;occasion de se d\u00e9responsabiliser, en justifiant, par exemple, le retard de validation des fiches de service pour la distribution des briques dans le cadre du Pacte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #129447;font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Cette attitude s&rsquo;est maintenue tout au long du d\u00e9bat qui a suivi, ainsi que pendant la r\u00e9union, en particulier lors de nos divers avis et questions que nous avons soulev\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Malgr\u00e9 nos revendications soutenues en faveur d&rsquo;une plus grande empathie et d&rsquo;un engagement accru pour rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 la d\u00e9gradation des conditions de travail et r\u00e9duire les risques psycho-sociaux, la DRAAF-SRFD des Hauts-de-France n&rsquo;a pas montr\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9volution positive. Lors de la discussion sur le r\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur, elle a manifest\u00e9 sa volont\u00e9 persistante de se contenter du minimum en proposant de limiter les r\u00e9unions \u00e0 une par an, plut\u00f4t que de r\u00e9pondre favorablement \u00e0 notre demande d&rsquo;au moins trois r\u00e9unions annuelles.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #ff0000\">Avis d\u00e9pos\u00e9 par l&rsquo;intersyndicale \u00c9lan commun<\/span><\/h3>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Avis n\u00b0\u00a01: F3SCT extraordinaire<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">La Formation Sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e de Sant\u00e9 et de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 au Travail (F3SCT) des Hauts-de-France d\u00e9plore l&rsquo;absence d&rsquo;une r\u00e9union extraordinaire de la F3SCT, malgr\u00e9 notre demande, laquelle est pourtant garantie par le droit en cas d&rsquo;accident du travail.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">La F3SCT des Hauts-de-France sollicite une am\u00e9lioration significative dans l&rsquo;analyse des accidents du travail et des probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s au climat social, notamment en renfor\u00e7ant l&rsquo;appropriation des outils, notamment l&rsquo;arbre des causes, afin de permettre la mise en place d&rsquo;un plan de pr\u00e9vention plus efficace.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><strong>Avis n\u00b0 2 : Personnel param\u00e9dical en EPLEFPA<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Aujourd\u2019hui des \u00e9tablissements ne sont pas dot\u00e9s d\u2019infirmier.e, la F3SCT demande \u00e0 ce que chaque \u00e9tablissement le soit \u00e0 la hauteur des besoins. Pour les \u00e9tablissements non dot\u00e9s, la F3SCT demande une r\u00e9ponse pour chaque site concern\u00e9 ( Rib\u00e9court, Raismes, \u2026).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" align=\"justify\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Avis n\u00b0\u00a03 : CoHS<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">La F3SCT des Hauts-de-France sollicite de la part de la DRAAF-SRFD des Hauts-de-France un rappel aux \u00e9tablissements agricoles publics de la r\u00e9gion en vue du respect de la note de service SG\/SRH\/SDDPRS\/2022-621 en date du 09\/08\/2022, relative aux CoHS.
