Le Premier ministre a annonc\u00e9, lors du Citp (Comit\u00e9 interminist\u00e9riel de la transformation publique<\/em>), sa volont\u00e9 de pousser vers le priv\u00e9 nombre de fonctionnaires et confirm\u00e9 sa volont\u00e9 de recourir au recrutement par contrat. Le Ministre de l\u2019action et des comptes publics en a lui annonc\u00e9 les conditions \u00e0 la presse. Ces mesures visent \u00e0 permettre des r\u00e9organisations de services li\u00e9es aux suppressions des 120 000 emplois \u00ab\u00a0promis\u00a0\u00bb par le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique.<\/span>
Et le gouvernement a d\u00e9voil\u00e9 aujourd\u2019hui son projet de nouvelle architecture des r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations des agent-es de la Fonction publique visant \u00e0 mettre en place un salaire au m\u00e9rite\u00a0! Un syst\u00e8me al\u00e9atoire, discriminant et totalement entre les mains des employeurs sans r\u00e9el dialogue social.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
