{"id":7975,"date":"2022-09-24T18:44:27","date_gmt":"2022-09-24T16:44:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/regions-snetap-fsu.fr\/hdf\/?p=7975"},"modified":"2022-09-24T19:14:42","modified_gmt":"2022-09-24T17:14:42","slug":"hmi-intersyndicales-lomme-du-21-septembre-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/regions-snetap-fsu.fr\/hdf\/2022\/09\/24\/hmi-intersyndicales-lomme-du-21-septembre-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"HMI intersyndicales Lomme du 21 septembre 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #ff0000\">HMI <b>intersyndicales CGT Agri et SNETAP-FSU<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #ff0000\">sur Lomme le 21 septembre 2022<\/span><\/h2>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #ff0000\">Des \u00e9changes en toute confiance !<br \/>\n<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Le 21 septembre 2022, se sont tenues les HMI sur Lomme en intersyndicale CGT Agri et SNETAP-FSU.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">D&rsquo;une dur\u00e9e de deux heures, des dialogues tr\u00e8s b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques pour les participantes et les repr\u00e9sentant\u00b7e\u00b7s CGT Agri &#8211; SNETAP-FSU ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s sur de nombreux sujets locaux, r\u00e9gionaux et nationaux.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"color: #129447\">Les participantes ont pu appr\u00e9cier les mandats et le travail de nos deux organisations syndicales CGT Agri &#8211; SNETAP-FSU pour la d\u00e9fense de l&rsquo;Enseignement Agricole Public (EAP), de ses usagers et de ses agent\u00b7e\u00b7s. Mais aussi de d\u00e9couvrir notre \u00e9largissement intersyndicale pour les \u00e9lections professionnelles de d\u00e9cembre 2022 : CGT Agri &#8211; SNETAP-FSU &#8211; Sud Rural et Territoire.<\/span><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Nous avons pu \u00e9changer sur les th\u00e8mes de notre quotidien professionnel, comme par exemples :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Les conditions d&#8217;emploi et de travail des ACB UFA-CFPPA.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Le protocole national et local pour les UFA-CFPPA.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Le CFA R des Hauts-de-France.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Les conditions d&#8217;emploi et de travail du personnel administratif et de la vie scolaire.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Les dangers du mixage du public (\u00a0<a style=\"color: #129447\" href=\"https:\/\/www.snetap-fsu.fr\/Les-dangers-du-mixage-des-publics.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lien : SNETAP-FSU &#8211; Les dangers du mixage des publics !<\/a> ).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Les d\u00e9pr\u00e9carisations des agent\u00b7e\u00b7s lanc\u00e9es par les fortes mobilisations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Le respect du droit du travail notamment sur les \u00ab\u00a0heures suppl\u00e9mentaires\u00a0\u00bb non valoris\u00e9es et le souci du non remplacement d&rsquo;un arr\u00eat de travail.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">L&rsquo;hygi\u00e8ne et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail (Surcharge de travail, burn out, cellule psychologique, Registre SST, &#8230;).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">La gr\u00e8ve et mobilisation du 29 septembre 2022.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Les soucis majeurs individuels ont \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi abord\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Cet \u00e9change fut un plaisir partag\u00e9 permettant aux repr\u00e9sentant\u00b7e\u00b7s de l&rsquo;intersyndicale d&rsquo;appuyer diff\u00e9rents dossiers au niveau r\u00e9gional et national.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HMI intersyndicales CGT Agri et SNETAP-FSU sur Lomme le 21 septembre 2022 Des \u00e9changes en toute confiance !
