Le SRFD des Hauts-de-France, de sa propre initiative, avec z\u00e8le pour d\u00e9montrer sa capacit\u00e9 d\u2019innovation dans la baisse de moyen aux yeux de la DGER avait ramen\u00e9 \u00e0 36 semaines les heures de \u00ab\u00a0pluri\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0autres\u00a0\u00bb pour la fili\u00e8re STAV au lieu des 31 semaines.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Cette d\u00e9valorisation et d\u00e9r\u00e9glementation des heures de \u00ab\u00a0pluri\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0autres\u00a0\u00bb \u00e9taient un m\u00e9pris du travail des enseignant\u00b7e\u00b7s qui \u00e9taient reconnu\u00b7e\u00b7s comme \u00ab\u00a0la p\u00e9pite\u00a0\u00bb par le ministre de l\u2019agriculture et entra\u00eenaient des cons\u00e9quences d\u00e9sastreuses comme le sous-service.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Par la d\u00e9termination de la section r\u00e9gionale des Hauts-de-France, le SRFD face \u00e0 une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation SNETAP-FSU est revenu tr\u00e8s vite au respect de la r\u00e9glementation.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
