La section r\u00e9gionale SNETAP-FSU des Hauts-de-France a alert\u00e9, sans rel\u00e2che, aupr\u00e8s de la DRAAF-SRFD de la d\u00e9gradation des conditions de travail des ACB des UFA-CFPPA des Hauts-de-France qui se sont aggrav\u00e9es aussi par la mise en place du CFAR.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

En r\u00e9ponse, la direction du CFAR a effectu\u00e9 des audits dans les diff\u00e9rents sites UFA-CFPPA des Hauts-de-France.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Au niveau national, en intersyndicale sous l\u2019impulsion du SNETAP-FSU, cela abouti \u00e0 une mobilisation sous les fen\u00eatres du ministre de l\u2019agriculture le 28 juin 2022.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Le SNETAP-FSU continuera \u00e0 se mobiliser dans les diff\u00e9rentes instances pour obtenir le respect de tous\u00b7toutes les ACB des diff\u00e9rents sites UFA-CFPPA, notamment avec la constitution d\u2019une commission paritaire r\u00e9gionale de suivie du protocole obtenu suites aux demandes du SNETAP-FSU en CT et en CHSCT.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Le SNETAP-FSU s\u2019opposera ou rendra caduque tous protocoles locaux propos\u00e9s dans les diff\u00e9rents conseils d\u2019administration avant l\u2019accord d\u2019un nouveau protocole national.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
