{"id":7642,"date":"2022-04-02T11:50:04","date_gmt":"2022-04-02T09:50:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/regions-snetap-fsu.fr\/hdf\/?p=7642"},"modified":"2022-04-02T11:50:04","modified_gmt":"2022-04-02T09:50:04","slug":"projet-de-fusion-vers-un-dialogue-social-serein","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/regions-snetap-fsu.fr\/hdf\/2022\/04\/02\/projet-de-fusion-vers-un-dialogue-social-serein\/","title":{"rendered":"Projet de Fusion : vers un dialogue social serein ?"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #ff0000\">Projet de fusion des \u00e9tablissements d\u2019Airion-Beauvais et de Rib\u00e9court : vers un dialogue social serein ?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Dans le prolongement de la visioconf\u00e9rence du 25 f\u00e9vrier 2022 (\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/regions-snetap-fsu.fr\/hdf\/2022\/03\/01\/projet-de-fusion-entretien-avec-le-cabinet-du-ministre-de-lagriculture-le-25-fevrier-2022\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Projet de Fusion : Entretien avec le cabinet du ministre de l&rsquo;agriculture le 25 f\u00e9vrier 2022<\/a> ) \u00e0 laquelle le conseiller, enseignement agricole, formation, apprentissage, emploi, du cabinet du ministre, avait d\u00fb quitter plus t\u00f4t et suite de la relance du secr\u00e9tariat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral SNETAP-FSU, nous avons obtenu une r\u00e9ponse du conseiller du ministre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Selon la r\u00e9ponse du conseiller du ministre, la DRAAF-SRFD ne va pas pouvoir tenir sa ligne vers la fusion \u00e0 marche forc\u00e9e. En r\u00e9sum\u00e9 :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Une r\u00e9flexion sera \u00e0 poursuivre pour l&rsquo;avenir de l&rsquo;enseignement agricole public (EAP) dans l&rsquo;Oise, avec un sc\u00e9nario fusion qui n&rsquo;est pas (plus) pos\u00e9 comme un \u00e9v\u00e9nement incontournable.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Il n&rsquo;y aura pas de calendrier contraint, mais un simple calendrier de travail.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Il y aura un temps de reprise du travail dans chaque EPL, puis une mise en commun du constat et des pistes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Ce cadre pos\u00e9 par le conseiller du ministre donne raison au SNETAP-FSU <\/span><span style=\"color: #129447\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">qui avait toujours refus\u00e9 le processus \u00e0 marche forc\u00e9e.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Le SNETAP-FSU surveillera la traduction concr\u00e8te et restera bien mobilis\u00e9 sur les deux EPL afin d&rsquo;orienter vers des propositions\/solutions acceptables, pertinentes et respectables vis-\u00e0-vis de toute la communaut\u00e9 \u00e9ducative pour conforter l&rsquo;EAP dans l&rsquo;Oise<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #ff0000\">Le SNETAP-FSU ne l\u00e2che rien et est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 \u00e0 faire entendre la voix de tout le personnel \u00e9ducatif de l&rsquo;EAP du d\u00e9partement de l&rsquo;Oise.<\/span><\/h3>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Projet de fusion des \u00e9tablissements d\u2019Airion-Beauvais et de Rib\u00e9court : vers un dialogue social serein ?
