La s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9 de retour pour le personnel de Radinghem<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

Depuis 4 ann\u00e9es, les dysfonctionnements, un climat social d\u00e9grad\u00e9, une ambiance scolaire des apprenant\u00b7e\u00b7s, etc, \u00e9taient mont\u00e9s \u00ab\u00a0crescendo\u00a0\u00bb instaurant ainsi une ambiance d\u00e9l\u00e9t\u00e8re, un surcro\u00eet de travail, du stress, voire des craintes dans les diff\u00e9rents services. Des tensions ont m\u00eame \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9tect\u00e9es au sein des \u00e9l\u00e8ves et des familles.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la pugnacit\u00e9 de la section SNETAP-FSU de Radinghem, qui sans rel\u00e2che a remont\u00e9 les faits et a men\u00e9 ses actions progressivement, d\u00e9marrant par la n\u00e9gociation avec la direction concern\u00e9e pour terminer par le d\u00e9p\u00f4t d’un pr\u00e9avis de gr\u00e8ve en passant par de nombreuses alertes \u00e9mises envers le directeur de l’EPLEFPA et le DRAAF-SRFD, l’espoir de retrouver un climat scolaire efficient et de la s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9 dans le travail se confirme dans tous les services.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Ces actions n’ont pas toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 simples puisque deux repr\u00e9sentants SNETAP-FSU ont \u00e9t\u00e9 victimes de ces pratiques visant \u00e0 nuire \u00e0 leur carri\u00e8re ou image. Ils ont pu compter sur la solidarit\u00e9 de la section et des camarades \u00e0 l’\u00e9chelon r\u00e9gional et national.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Avec la nouvelle direction-adjointe, l’ensemble du personnel est plus serein et reprend espoir pour que l’\u00e9tablissement retrouve sa force p\u00e9dagogique.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Nous esp\u00e9rons qu\u2019une certaine fracture au sein de l’\u00e9quipe enseignant\u00b7e au d\u00e9triment de l’int\u00e9r\u00eat collectif et des apprenant\u00b7e\u00b7s pourra se r\u00e9sorber. L\u2019action de la direction adjointe sera d\u00e9terminante. Elle pourra compter sur le SNETAP-FSU. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

De bons signes ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 exprim\u00e9s de la part de la direction : volont\u00e9 d’\u00e9quit\u00e9, de dialogue social, de transparence, de respect de tous les membres du personnel, du travailler ensemble, de r\u00e9parer au plus vite, de pr\u00e9parer d\u00e8s janvier la rentr\u00e9e 2022.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

La t\u00e2che de la nouvelle direction adjointe est ardue, mais la section SNETAP-FSU apportera le soutien n\u00e9cessaire sans tomber dans la cogestion puisque chacun doit en rester \u00e0 ses fonctions.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
