{"id":5891,"date":"2020-11-15T09:38:23","date_gmt":"2020-11-15T08:38:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/regions-snetap-fsu.fr\/hdf\/?p=5891"},"modified":"2020-11-15T09:38:23","modified_gmt":"2020-11-15T08:38:23","slug":"cfar-hauts-de-france-toujours-en-panne","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/regions-snetap-fsu.fr\/hdf\/2020\/11\/15\/cfar-hauts-de-france-toujours-en-panne\/","title":{"rendered":"CFAR Hauts-de-France toujours en panne !"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #ff0000\">CFAR des Hauts-de-France, apr\u00e8s un an et demi, l&rsquo;administratif bug encore !<br \/>\n<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #0000ff\">A un an et demi de la mise en place du CFAR, le SNETAP-FSU des Hauts-de-France fait, suites aux remont\u00e9es des coll\u00e8gues des diff\u00e9rents CFPPA-UFA et \u00e0 la r\u00e9union du 4 novembre avec la direction du CFAR et la DRAAF-SRFD, le constat am\u00e8re de nombreux dysfonctionnements techniques. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #0000ff\">Ces nombreux dysfonctionnements de proc\u00e9dures, nous am\u00e8ne \u00e0 constater :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #0000ff\">une surcharge de travail des \u00e9quipes des CFPPA-UFA ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #0000ff\">des retards dans la gestion des contrats des apprenti\u00b7es ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #0000ff\">une absence de clart\u00e9 dans les diff\u00e9rentes proc\u00e9dures administratives ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #0000ff\">aucune visibilit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;organigramme du CFAR, entra\u00eenant ainsi des difficult\u00e9s de contact entre CFPPA-UFA et CFAR ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #0000ff\">un dialogue social insuffisant avec les organisations syndicales (pas d&rsquo;invitation au conseil de performance) ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #0000ff\">une communication externe de m\u00eame niveau que la communication interne, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire insuffisante ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #0000ff\">&#8230;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #0000ff\">Dans ces conditions, il est l\u00e9gitime que le personnel des CFPPA-UFA soit inquiet, notamment sur le recrutement, la tr\u00e9sorerie, les salaires, les co\u00fbts de contrats, &#8230;, sur l&rsquo;avenir d&rsquo;un apprentissage de qualit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #0000ff\">Les personnels des CFPPA-UFA des Hauts-de-France ne peuvent pas, dans ces situations, construire une vision globale des actions du CFAR.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #0000ff\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Le SNETAP-FSU des Hauts-de-France a d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 (r\u00e9union du 4 novembre 2020) et continu de d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 (<\/span><\/strong> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;text-decoration: underline\" href=\"https:\/\/regions-snetap-fsu.fr\/hdf\/2020\/11\/12\/ctrea-hauts-de-france-du-12-novembre-2020\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #000000;text-decoration: underline\">CTREA Hauts-de-France du 12 novembre 2020<\/span><\/a> <\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">).<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #0000ff\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Le combat pour un apprentissage de qualit\u00e9 dans les Hauts-de-France doit continuer.<\/span> <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #0000ff\"><span style=\"color: #008000\">Pour cela, le SNETAP-FSU invite ses adh\u00e9rent\u00b7es \u00e0 rejoindre le groupe de travail CFPPA-UFA (travail sur protocole, organisation des missions, etc).
