{"id":5660,"date":"2020-10-07T00:12:48","date_gmt":"2020-10-06T22:12:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/regions-snetap-fsu.fr\/hdf\/?p=5660"},"modified":"2020-10-07T00:44:01","modified_gmt":"2020-10-06T22:44:01","slug":"protection-fonctionnelle-2-ans-de-pugnacite","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/regions-snetap-fsu.fr\/hdf\/2020\/10\/07\/protection-fonctionnelle-2-ans-de-pugnacite\/","title":{"rendered":"Protection fonctionnelle, 2 ans de pugnacit\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #ff0000\">2 ans de pugnacit\u00e9 pour le droit \u00e0 la protection fonctionnelle <\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #0000ff\">Deux sections locales SNETAP-FSU des Hauts-de-France ont men\u00e9 2 ans de pugnacit\u00e9 pour faire reconna\u00eetre le droit \u00e0 la protection fonctionnelle de toutes et tous les agent\u00b7es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #0000ff\">Suites au vandalisme sur des v\u00e9hicules personnels de quelques agent\u00b7es et le refus de la direction de demander \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9tat de prendre en charge les d\u00e9g\u00e2ts, les repr\u00e9sentant\u00b7es du SNETAP-FSU ont interpell\u00e9 le conseil d&rsquo;administration. C&rsquo;\u00e9tait mal engag\u00e9 car ils ont re\u00e7u\u00a0 comme r\u00e9ponse m\u00e9pris et moquerie, m\u00eame, par le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et la directrice de l&rsquo;\u00e9poque. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #0000ff\">Nous ne revenons pas sur cette direction puisque la DGER, suite aux \u00e9l\u00e9ments apport\u00e9s par le SNETAP-FSU, lui a encourag\u00e9 \u00e0 la mobilit\u00e9, seule solution pour am\u00e9liorer le climat social qui entra\u00eenait de plus en plus des risques psychosociaux (avec \u00e0 la cl\u00e9 un fait d&rsquo;harc\u00e8lement psychologique par le directeur-adjoint reconnu par l&rsquo;institution).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #0000ff\">Les repr\u00e9sentant\u00b7es du SNETAP-FSU convaincu de leurs connaissances juridiques sont revenu sur le sujet avec le nouveau directeur (avant d&rsquo;engager une proc\u00e9dure juridique longue). Dans un premier temps, ce dernier s&rsquo;\u00e9tait r\u00e9fugi\u00e9 derri\u00e8re la r\u00e9ponse de l&rsquo;assureur priv\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement (deuxi\u00e8me partie du document ci-dessous).
