Mardi 2 juillet 2019, \u00e0 la suite de la r\u00e9union au sujet du CFA R\u00e9gional, les repr\u00e9sentants du SNETAP-FSU et le repr\u00e9sentant Sud-Rural ont poursuivi pendant 3h la rencontre avec la DRAAF-SRFD, pour soulever les probl\u00e8mes sociaux dans les diff\u00e9rents \u00e9tablissements des Hauts-de-France…<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Suite aux nombreuses remont\u00e9es sociales dont la plupart sont d’une extr\u00eame gravit\u00e9, le SNETAP-FSU des Hauts-de-France a demand\u00e9 \u00e0 la DRAAF-SRFD une rencontre afin de pr\u00e9senter les faits et de solutionner points par points les diff\u00e9rents probl\u00e8mes sociaux dans notre r\u00e9gion.<\/span><\/p>\n

Les conclusions de cette rencontre, tr\u00e8s charg\u00e9e, longue et d\u00e9licate, sont positives. La direction de la DRAAF-SRFD au complet (Directeur de la DRAAF – Cheffe du SRFD – Chef adjoint du SRFD) nous a montr\u00e9 sa confiance dans notre repr\u00e9sentation du personnel et a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 l’\u00e9coute attentive sur tous les dossiers.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nous avons abord\u00e9 en toute s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9 : un cas de harc\u00e8lement sexuel, un cas de harc\u00e8lement psychologique et les diff\u00e9rents soucis de management de la part de certaines \u00e9quipes de direction dans diff\u00e9rents \u00e9tablissements de notre r\u00e9gion. <\/span><\/p>\n

La DRAAF-SRFD s’est engag\u00e9e \u00e0 lancer des proc\u00e9dures pour tous les dossiers, sans exception, afin d’am\u00e9liorer les conditions de travail des agent\u00b7es. Certaines sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 engag\u00e9es, d’autres \u00e0 poursuivre ou \u00e0 mettre en place.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pour ces dossiers, nous avons act\u00e9 un suivie avec la DRAAF-SRFD et pour un nous avons m\u00eame fix\u00e9 un audit \u00e0 la fin du 1er trimestre de la prochaine ann\u00e9e scolaire.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ensemble, nous sommes plus forts, nous vous rappelons qu\u2019il est souvent plus efficace de demander des conseils \u00e0 vos repr\u00e9sentant\u00b7es SNETAP-FSU que de tenter de solutionner seul\u00b7e des probl\u00e8mes parfois graves. Ces remont\u00e9es permettent aussi d\u2019identifier des probl\u00e8mes quelquefois globaux.<\/span><\/p>\n
