La FSU a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d’initier une p\u00e9tition pour d\u00e9noncer l’article 1 du projet de loi\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0pour une \u00e9cole de la confiance\u00a0\u00bb<\/i>.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n

Cet article vise \u00e0 inscrire dans la loi une obligation de r\u00e9serve qui n’existe pas aujourd’hui<\/span>.<\/span><\/div>\n

Nous rappelons donc notre attachement aux statuts et \u00e0 la loi qui obligent les personnels de l\u2019Enseignement Agricole (comme tous fonctionnaires) \u00e0 se conformer aux instructions (art.28) aux obligations de discr\u00e9tion, au secret professionnel (art.26), \u00e0 la neutralit\u00e9 (art.25) mais pas \u00e0 la r\u00e9serve.<\/span><\/div>\n
