Pourtant, l\u2019administration a <em>encore<\/em> annonc\u00e9 que les prochaines F3SCT pourraient s\u2019\u00e9taler sur une <strong>journ\u00e9e enti\u00e8re<\/strong> pour permettre un examen approfondi des situations. Une promesse d\u00e9j\u00e0 formul\u00e9e\u2026 et d\u00e9j\u00e0 non tenue pour cette s\u00e9ance.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9da1b33 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"9da1b33\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d9f0c70 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d9f0c70\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><strong>Des situations urgentes, des r\u00e9ponses toujours en attente<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Les repr\u00e9sentants de <strong>L\u2019\u00e9lan commun<\/strong> ont rappel\u00e9 l\u2019urgence de traiter les <strong>nombreuses situations critiques<\/strong> qui s\u2019accumulent :<\/span><\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify\"><li><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><strong>Conditions de travail d\u00e9grad\u00e9es<\/strong>,<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><strong>Souffrance au travail<\/strong> et <strong>risques psychosociaux<\/strong>,<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><strong>Signalements d\u2019agressions ou de harc\u00e8lements<\/strong>,<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><strong>Manque de protection fonctionnelle<\/strong> pour l\u2019ensemble du personnel de l\u2019enseignement agricole public.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Certaines avanc\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenues, mais <strong>uniquement gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la t\u00e9nacit\u00e9 des membres de L\u2019\u00e9lan commun<\/strong> au sein de la F3SCT. <strong>Faut-il vraiment en arriver l\u00e0 ?<\/strong> Doit-on syst\u00e9matiquement <strong>combattre l\u2019administration<\/strong> pour qu\u2019elle assume ses responsabilit\u00e9s ?<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Et que dire du <strong>m\u00e9pris affich\u00e9 par la DRAAF-SRFD<\/strong> sur certains dossiers ? Par exemple, le <strong>refus de caract\u00e9riser une agression comme imputable au service<\/strong>, alors m\u00eame que le <strong>conseil m\u00e9dical avait rendu un avis positif et unanime<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-22f510b e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"22f510b\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7b06e8f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7b06e8f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><strong>La lutte continue<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><strong>L\u2019\u00e9lan commun<\/strong> ne baissera pas les bras. Approbation du PV et r\u00e9ponses aux avis de la s\u00e9ance du 2 juillet 2025<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><ul style=\"text-align: justify\"><li><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">La F3SCT des Hauts-de-France <strong>rappelle<\/strong> qu\u2019elle peut \u00e9mettre des avis sur toutes les questions relevant de sa comp\u00e9tence.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Le pr\u00e9sident du <strong>CSA sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9<\/strong> doit <strong>y r\u00e9pondre par \u00e9crit dans un d\u00e9lai de 2 mois<\/strong> et <strong>informer la formation sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e des suites donn\u00e9es \u00e0 ses avis<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><strong>2. Plan local de formation Sauveteur Secouriste du Travail (SST)<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><ul style=\"text-align: justify\"><li><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><strong>Constat<\/strong> : Baisse du nombre d\u2019agent\u00b7es form\u00e9s dans les EPLEFPA.
