Une rencontre attendue, apr\u00e8s un mois et demi de silence depuis sa prise de fonction le <strong>1<sup>er<\/sup> avril 2026<\/strong>, et surtout apr\u00e8s l\u2019envoi d\u2019un <strong>courriel ouvert d\u2019interpellation<\/strong> le <strong>4 mai 2026<\/strong> par l\u2019intersyndicale.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-90ca69c e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"90ca69c\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a0847e2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a0847e2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3 style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><strong>Un premier contact marqu\u00e9 par l\u2019\u00e9coute et le respect<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">En pr\u00e9sence des agent\u00b7es du <strong>SRFD<\/strong>, le DRAAF a d\u2019embl\u00e9e <strong>reconnu ses retards<\/strong> dans la communication envers le personnel de l\u2019<strong>Enseignement Agricole Public (EAP)<\/strong> \u2014 pourtant <strong>premi\u00e8re masse salariale du minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Agriculture<\/strong>. Il a expliqu\u00e9 avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 <strong>accapar\u00e9 par la crise agricole<\/strong> depuis son arriv\u00e9e, tout en soulignant l\u2019importance strat\u00e9gique de la r\u00e9gion et de son secteur enseignement agricole.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><strong>Un ton courtois et une volont\u00e9 affich\u00e9e de dialogue<\/strong> ont marqu\u00e9 cette audience. Une situation qui interroge sur la <strong>visibilit\u00e9 et la planification<\/strong> pour l\u2019EAP, alors que les <strong>conditions de travail se d\u00e9gradent<\/strong> et que les <strong>incertitudes sur l\u2019avenir des fili\u00e8res et des postes<\/strong> p\u00e8sent sur les \u00e9quipes.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Pourtant, les <strong>objectifs de la loi LOSARGA<\/strong> \u2014 comme l\u2019<strong>augmentation de 30 % des effectifs en formation<\/strong> \u2014 contrastent avec ce manque de clart\u00e9. <strong>L\u2019\u00c9lan Commun<\/strong> a donc saisi cette audience pour <strong>rappeler l\u2019urgence<\/strong> et <strong>exposer ses revendications<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ddc3b2d e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"ddc3b2d\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8b24284 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8b24284\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3 style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><strong>Nos revendications : un EAP ambitieux et respect\u00e9<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">L\u2019intersyndicale L&rsquo;\u00e9lan commun a profit\u00e9 de cette rencontre pour <strong>porter la voix des agent\u00b7es<\/strong> et <strong>d\u00e9fendre un enseignement agricole public \u00e0 la hauteur de ses missions<\/strong>.
