Pourtant, derri\u00e8re les promesses de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique se cachent des r\u00e9alit\u00e9s bien plus sombres : <strong>d\u00e9penses colossales pour les finances publiques, destruction d\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes uniques, et des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices \u00e9conomiques plus qu\u2019incertains<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Comme le souligne <a style=\"color: #129447\" href=\"https:\/\/reporterre.net\/Canal-Seine-Nord-Europe-un-chantier-titanesque-dont-personne-ne-sait-a-quoi-il-doit\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Reporterre<\/a>, ce chantier titanesque, dont le co\u00fbt ne cesse de s\u2019envoler, <strong>n\u2019a fait l\u2019objet d\u2019aucune consultation d\u00e9mocratique s\u00e9rieuse<\/strong>.
