Malgr\u00e9 les signalements r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s \u2014 y compris via le registre Sant\u00e9 et S\u00e9curit\u00e9 au Travail \u2014 <strong>aucune am\u00e9lioration durable<\/strong> n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9e. C\u2019est pourquoi <strong>l\u2019intersyndicale L\u2019\u00e9lan commun<\/strong> (SNETAP-FSU, CGT Agri, Sud Rural et Territoires) a adress\u00e9 un <strong>courrier ouvert<\/strong> au directeur de l\u2019EPLEFPA du Pas-de-Calais le <strong>11 mai 2026<\/strong>, pour alerter sur cette situation inacceptable.<\/span><\/p><h3 style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><strong>Les probl\u00e8mes identifi\u00e9s<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Les perturbations sont multiples et <strong>hebddomadaires<\/strong> :<\/span><\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify\"><li><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><strong>Modifications d\u2019horaires sur Pronote<\/strong> sans information pr\u00e9alable des enseignant\u00b7es ou des apprenant\u00b7es ;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><strong>D\u00e9placements de cours<\/strong> impos\u00e9s aux enseignant\u00b7es <strong>sans leur accord<\/strong>, parfois la veille pour le lendemain ;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><strong>Attribution de salles inadapt\u00e9es<\/strong> (effectifs trop importants pour la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019accueil) ;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><strong>Absence de pr\u00e9cision<\/strong> sur les intervenant\u00b7es en pluridisciplinarit\u00e9, malgr\u00e9 des listes communiqu\u00e9es en septembre ;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><strong>D\u00e9calages et erreurs<\/strong> entre les calendriers officiels (pluridisciplinarit\u00e9, APPP en BTSA, adaptations p\u00e9dagogiques) et Pronote ;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><strong>Impossibilit\u00e9 de faire l\u2019appel<\/strong> sur Pronote lors des sorties ext\u00e9rieures.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><strong>Cons\u00e9quences<\/strong> : Stress, angoisse, perte de confiance des \u00e9quipes \u00e9ducatives et des apprenant\u00b7es, et <strong>une d\u00e9gradation de la qualit\u00e9 p\u00e9dagogique<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-20cfc96 e-flex e-con-boxed style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><strong>La r\u00e9ponse de la direction : un manque de rigueur partag\u00e9 ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Lors du <strong>dialogue social du 11 mai 2026<\/strong>, la directrice-adjointe a apport\u00e9 les \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants :<\/span><\/p><blockquote><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><em>\u00ab Le probl\u00e8me de salle ne permettant pas de contenir l\u2019effectif est d\u00fb \u00e0 des erreurs ou \u00e0 un manque de salles suffisamment grandes, suite \u00e0 une d\u00e9sorganisation caus\u00e9e par les travaux. \u00bb<\/em><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><em>\u00ab Le probl\u00e8me est que les enseignant\u00b7es ne respectent pas le protocole : pas de demande 15 jours avant, m\u00eame pour des sorties ou voyages p\u00e9dagogiques. Parfois, elle est inform\u00e9e en derni\u00e8re minute. \u00bb<\/em><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><strong>Analyse du SNETAP-FSU Hauts-de-France<\/strong> :<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Si la direction \u00e9voque des <strong>contraintes mat\u00e9rielles<\/strong> (travaux, manque de salles), elle <strong>reporte aussi la responsabilit\u00e9 sur les enseignant\u00b7es<\/strong>, accus\u00e9\u00b7es de ne pas respecter les d\u00e9lais de demande. Pourtant, <strong>les dysfonctionnements signal\u00e9s rel\u00e8vent avant tout d\u2019un manque de coordination et de communication<\/strong> de la part de l\u2019administration.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\"><span style=\"color: #129447;font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><strong>Comment expliquer<\/strong> que des modifications d\u2019EDT soient effectu\u00e9es <strong>sans concertation<\/strong> ? Pourquoi les informations transmises en septembre ne sont-elles pas <strong>int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans Pronote<\/strong> ? Pourquoi les <strong>sorties p\u00e9dagogiques<\/strong>, planifi\u00e9es longtemps \u00e0 l\u2019avance, ne sont-elles pas anticip\u00e9es ?<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5f4145d e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"5f4145d\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-643fddd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"643fddd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 style=\"text-align: center\" data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><strong>Exigeons des solutions concr\u00e8tes<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Le SNETAP-FSU Hauts-de-France <strong>soutient les revendications de L\u2019\u00e9lan commun<\/strong> et demande :<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">\u2705 <strong>Un EDT fiable et transparent<\/strong>, avec des modifications <strong>communiqu\u00e9es en amont<\/strong> et <strong>valid\u00e9es par les concern\u00e9\u00b7es<\/strong> ;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">\u2705 <strong>Une gestion proactive des contraintes<\/strong> (travaux, effectifs) pour \u00e9viter les situations de derni\u00e8re minute ;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">\u2705 <strong>Le respect des protocoles<\/strong> par <strong>toutes les parties<\/strong>, y compris la direction, qui doit <strong>garantir les moyens humains et mat\u00e9riels<\/strong> n\u00e9cessaires ;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">\u2705 <strong>Un dialogue social effectif<\/strong> pour r\u00e9soudre ces probl\u00e8mes <strong>sans d\u00e9lai<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><strong>Le SNETAP-FSU Hauts-de-France sera particuli\u00e8rement vigilant<\/strong> sur l&rsquo;organisation des EDT du LEGTA d&rsquo;Arras d\u00e8s la rentr\u00e9e de septembre 2026.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><strong>La qualit\u00e9 du service public d\u2019\u00e9ducation ne peut souffrir de telles carences organisationnelles.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Interpellation du directeur du LEGTA d\u2019Arras : des dysfonctionnements d\u2019EDT qui persistent Des dysfonctionnements r\u00e9currents qui impactent le service public Depuis septembre 2025, les personnels et apprenant\u00b7es du LEGTA d\u2019Arras subissent des dysfonctionnements syst\u00e9matiques dans la gestion de l\u2019Emploi du Temps (EDT).
