Parmi les d\u00e9cisions inacceptables :<\/span><\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify\"><li><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><strong>La fermeture brutale du Bac Pro CGE Vigne et Vin \u00e0 Cr\u00e9zancy<\/strong>, une formation essentielle pour les territoires viticoles et les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de la r\u00e9gion.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><strong>La fusion des sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s<\/strong> diff\u00e9rentes en une seule classe.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><strong>La baisse constante des moyens p\u00e9dagogiques<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Sans oublier <strong>la maltraitance institutionnelle des AESH<\/strong> qui impact fortement les besoins de nos jeunes.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Ces fermetures et d\u00e9gradation des moyens p\u00e9dagogiques <strong>d\u00e9mant\u00e8lent l\u2019offre de formation<\/strong> et <strong>m\u00e9prisent les besoins des personnels, des \u00e9l\u00e8ves et des territoires<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d69a3e3 qui aggrave les conditions de travail<\/strong> et <strong>d\u00e9grade les salaires<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify\"><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129446\">Une <strong>gestion purement comptable<\/strong> de l\u2019\u00c9ducation, o\u00f9 la <strong>variable d\u00e9mographique<\/strong> sert de pr\u00e9texte pour justifier des suppressions de moyens.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129446\">Un <strong>paradoxe scandaleux<\/strong> : alors que l\u2019enseignement agricole devrait \u00eatre une <strong>priorit\u00e9 nationale<\/strong>, il est <strong>sacrifi\u00e9<\/strong> par des d\u00e9cisions technocratiques.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-16e94f6 e-flex e-con-boxed social<\/strong> sur la carte des formations, avec les personnels et les territoires.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">\u2705 <strong>La cr\u00e9ation d\u2019emplois<\/strong> pour l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration de nos conditions de travail.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">\u2705 <strong>Le maintien des options et des groupes \u00e0 effectifs r\u00e9duits<\/strong>.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:
