Partout dans le monde, des femmes r\u00e9sistent aux guerres imp\u00e9rialistes, aux r\u00e9gimes obscurantistes et aux violences syst\u00e9miques. En <strong>Afghanistan, Iran, Palestine, Ukraine, Soudan, Venezuela<\/strong> et au <strong>Rojava<\/strong>, elles paient cher leur engagement pour la libert\u00e9 et la dignit\u00e9. La <strong>FSU<\/strong> r\u00e9affirme sa solidarit\u00e9 avec ces combats, car leur lutte est aussi la n\u00f4tre.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><strong>En France : l\u2019aust\u00e9rit\u00e9, une violence sexiste<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Le gouvernement impose un <strong>budget d\u2019aust\u00e9rit\u00e9 profond\u00e9ment in\u00e9galitaire<\/strong> :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><strong>Services publics sacrifi\u00e9s<\/strong> : Fermetures de classes, suppressions de postes, r\u00e9ductions des lits et des structures de proximit\u00e9. Les femmes, majoritaires dans ces secteurs, subissent de plein fouet les <strong>conditions de travail d\u00e9grad\u00e9es<\/strong> et la <strong>charge mentale accrue<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><strong>Attaques contre les droits<\/strong> : D\u00e9cote salariale de <strong>10 % en cas de cong\u00e9 maladie<\/strong> (y compris pour les femmes enceintes), r\u00e9duction des jours \u00ab enfant malade \u00bb. <strong>\u00catre malade, enceinte ou parent devient un motif de sanction financi\u00e8re<\/strong> !<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><strong>Pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 renforc\u00e9e<\/strong> : Les femmes, d\u00e9j\u00e0 surrepr\u00e9sent\u00e9es dans les emplois pr\u00e9caires et \u00e0 temps partiel impos\u00e9, voient leurs carri\u00e8res discontinues et leurs pensions amput\u00e9es.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><strong>Exigeons l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 concr\u00e8te !<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Deux chantiers majeurs s\u2019ouvrent :<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><strong>Ren\u00e9gociation des accords d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle<\/strong> dans la fonction publique.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><strong>Transposition de la directive europ\u00e9enne sur la transparence salariale<\/strong> : Une opportunit\u00e9 historique pour imposer :<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><strong>\u00ab \u00c0 travail de valeur \u00e9gale, salaire \u00e9gal \u00bb<\/strong>, avec des crit\u00e8res non sexistes (qualification, charge physique\/nerveuse, responsabilit\u00e9s).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Des <strong>plans d\u2019action contraignants<\/strong> : objectifs chiffr\u00e9s, calendriers, moyens.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">La <strong>revalorisation des m\u00e9tiers f\u00e9minis\u00e9s<\/strong> (soin, \u00e9ducation, petite enfance).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">La FSU refuse les <strong>effets d\u2019annonce<\/strong> : il faut des <strong>avanc\u00e9es r\u00e9elles<\/strong> en mati\u00e8re de salaires, de carri\u00e8res et de pensions.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><strong>Contre les violences sexistes et sexuelles<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Les violences persistent, au travail comme dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.
