Une visite surprise qui a permis au SNETAP-FSU de l\u2019EPL62 de l\u2019interpeller directement sur les d\u00e9fis auxquels fait face l\u2019enseignement agricole public.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cd3e180 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"cd3e180\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c744449 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c744449\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><strong>Une visite inattendue, une opportunit\u00e9 saisie<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><p class=\"whitespace-break-spaces\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Alors qu\u2019aucune rencontre officielle n\u2019\u00e9tait pr\u00e9vue, le SNETAP-FSU a saisi l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 pour rappeler que <strong><span class=\"followup-block followup-block-hidden cursor-pointer outline-none static inline group-hover\/message:[--hover-opacity:1]\" data-question=\"Quels sont les risques concrets lorsque des \u00e9tablissements publics sont utilis\u00e9s \u00e0 des fins politiques?\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"radix-_r_av_\" data-state=\"closed\">l\u2019\u00e9tablissement public ne doit pas servir de tribune politique<\/span><\/strong>, m\u00eame si le d\u00e9put\u00e9 est en droit de visiter un \u00e9tablissement public. Philippe Fait a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 qu\u2019il effectuait une tourn\u00e9e rapide dans plusieurs \u00e9tablissements scolaires et qu\u2019il reviendrait \u00e9changer avec le personnel.<\/span><\/p><p organis\u00e9 une audience avec le d\u00e9put\u00e9, en pr\u00e9sence de son attach\u00e9 parlementaire, apr\u00e8s une visite du Campus, de son exploitation agricole et des \u00e9changes avec la direction sur les formations et les projets de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement, et <span class=\"followup-block followup-block-hidden cursor-pointer outline-none static inline justify\"><li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><strong>La revalorisation de tout le personnel<\/strong> de l\u2019enseignement agricole public.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><strong>L\u2019attractivit\u00e9 des m\u00e9tiers<\/strong>, qui ne repose pas uniquement sur le salaire, mais aussi sur les <strong>conditions de travail<\/strong> et la <strong>reconnaissance professionnelle<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><strong>La baisse du pouvoir d\u2019achat<\/strong> subie depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Le contexte et la situation de l&rsquo;Enseignement Agricole Public.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"whitespace-break-spaces\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Philippe Fait a minimis\u00e9 en soulevant les efforts de l\u2019\u00c9tat pour les d\u00e9buts de carri\u00e8re, mais le SNETAP-FSU a insist\u00e9 sur le fait que <strong>l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 passe aussi par des conditions de travail dignes, une reconnaissance accrue et un pouvoir d&rsquo;achat digne pour toutes et tous sur toute la dur\u00e9e de la carri\u00e8re<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"whitespace-break-spaces\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Un point semble avoir marqu\u00e9 le d\u00e9put\u00e9 : <strong>la baisse du budget allou\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019enseignement agricole public<\/strong> et <strong><span class=\"followup-block followup-block-hidden cursor-pointer outline-none static inline group-hover\/message:[--hover-opacity:1]\" data-question=\"Quels sont les principaux dysfonctionnements du Pacte enseignant\/CPE selon les enseignants et les \u00e9l\u00e8ves?\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"radix-_r_b1_\" data-state=\"closed\">l\u2019inefficacit\u00e9 p\u00e9dagogique du Pacte enseignant\/CPE<\/span><\/strong>, qui ne r\u00e9pond pas \u00e0 son objectif d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la p\u00e9dagogie
