minimis\u00e9e ou ignor\u00e9e. Pourtant, ces actes ne sont <strong>pas normaux<\/strong> et ne doivent <strong>pas devenir une fatalit\u00e9<\/strong>. Chaque coll\u00e8gue a le droit de travailler dans un environnement s\u00fbr, respectueux et protecteur.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"whitespace-break-spaces\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\">Pourtant, les retours des <strong><span class=\"followup-block followup-block-hidden cursor-pointer outline-none static inline group-hover\/message:[--hover-opacity:1]\" data-question=\"Quels sont les r\u00f4les pr\u00e9cis des instances F3SCT dans la pr\u00e9vention des violences au travail ?\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"radix-_r_8b_\" data-state=\"closed\">instances F3SCT<\/span><\/strong> (Formation Sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e de la Sant\u00e9, S\u00e9curit\u00e9 et des Conditions de Travail) montrent que de nombreux\u00b7euses agent\u00b7e\u00b7s m\u00e9connaissent leurs droits ou ne savent pas comment r\u00e9agir face \u00e0 ces situations. Certaines directions, soucieuses de \u00ab ne pas faire de vagues \u00bb, tendent \u00e0 sous-estimer ces incidents, laissant les victimes sans soutien, parfois jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019arr\u00eat de travail.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"whitespace-break-spaces\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color: #129447\"><strong>Comment briser ce silence ?
