Cot\u00e9 effectif si certains \u00e9tablissement voient une hausse (Rethel, Avize), pour d&rsquo;autres c&rsquo;est stable (Crogny, Fayl Billot, Troyes, Saint Laurent), enfin certains voient une baisse franche se traduisant par des regroupements comme \u00e0 Chalons (2 2nde Gt au lieu de 3, les deux classes de STAV regroup\u00e9es en une seule) La baisse d\u00e9mographique se paie cher dans certains bassins.<\/p>\n<p>Du point de vue du fonctionnement, certains \u00e9tablissement connaissent une rentr\u00e9e difficile cot\u00e9 organisation, avec des emplois du temps o\u00f9 la p\u00e9dagogie passe visiblement au second plan, fait imputable \u00e0 diverses raison : D2 peu exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s, D2 mut\u00e9s au cours de l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9.
