La CCPR<\/strong>, autrement dit, la Commission Consultative Paritaire R\u00e9gionale<\/strong> est pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par le DRAAF Centre. Les repr\u00e9sentants de l’administration et du personnel contractuel sur budget et assistants d’\u00e9ducation sont \u00e0 part \u00e9gale. Elle est comp\u00e9tente pour :
\n– les licenciements intervenant post\u00e9rieurement \u00e0 la p\u00e9riode d’essai
\n– les sanctions disciplinaires autres que l’avertissement ou le bl\u00e2me
\n– toute question d’ordre individuel relative \u00e0 la situation professionnelle des agents non titulaires
\n– la saisine par chaque agent de sa situation professionnelle.<\/p>\n

Avec le SNETAP, en r\u00e9gion Centre, d’autres th\u00e9matiques sont abord\u00e9es\u00a0: mouvement des personnels en CFA et CFPPA, \u00e9volution des centres, d\u00e9pr\u00e9carisation, proc\u00e9dures de recrutement, formation des personnels…<\/p>\n

La CCPR se r\u00e9unit au moins une fois par an et pour toute saisine particuli\u00e8re.<\/p>\n
