Ce recensement doit ensuite permettre d\u2019expertiser le plus finement possible avec la DGER les solutions alternatives \u00e0 disposition de l\u2019employeur pour<\/span><span style=\"color: #dd0000\"> \u00e9viter un licenciement<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">. La DGER a ainsi cit\u00e9 un exemple d\u2019une d\u00e9marche de sa part ayant permis d\u2019\u00e9viter le licenciement de plusieurs agents. La prochaine FAQ du 10 avril explicitera cette d\u00e9marche<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 20px\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Le Snetap-FSU regrette cette distorsion de traitement entre les agents contractuels d\u2019\u00c9tat et ceux sur budget.
