Cinq heures de d\u00e9bats o\u00f9 les sujets \u00e9pineux se succ\u00e8dent, o\u00f9 les langues finissent par se d\u00e9lier. Et au milieu de tout cela, un nom revient, comme un symbole : <strong data-start=\"525\" data-end=\"537\">The Land<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"542\" data-end=\"805\">Le campus \u201cinnovant\u201d de l\u2019enseignement agricole breton, n\u00e9 il y a cinq ans dans un enthousiasme bien orchestr\u00e9, n\u2019est plus. Une <strong data-start=\"670\" data-end=\"692\">assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale<\/strong> a scell\u00e9 sa fin le 4 novembre, laissant derri\u00e8re elle <strong data-start=\"747\" data-end=\"780\">\u00a01.2 millions de d\u00e9ficit sur l&rsquo;exercice 2023 2024 (estim\u00e9s \u00e0 2 millions aujourd&rsquo;hui)\u00a0 <\/strong>\u00a0et bien des questions.<\/p><p data-start=\"807\" data-end=\"1189\">En CREA, ce mercredi, un point d\u2019information a \u00e9t\u00e9 demand\u00e9 par les syndicats du priv\u00e9. Le constat est tomb\u00e9, laconique : <em data-start=\"928\" data-end=\"956\">\u201cThe Land, c\u2019est termin\u00e9.\u201d<\/em><br data-start=\"956\" data-end=\"959\" \/>Les trois lyc\u00e9es priv\u00e9s du CNEAP reprennent leur nom d\u2019origine, <strong data-start=\"1023\" data-end=\"1040\">Saint-Exup\u00e9ry<\/strong>, et se s\u00e9parent de la formation sup\u00e9rieure et de son directeur. Le vernis de modernit\u00e9 s\u2019effrite ; les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s financi\u00e8res reprennent leurs droits.<\/p><p data-start=\"1191\" data-end=\"1531\">Mais au-del\u00e0 du constat, c\u2019est <strong data-start=\"1222\" data-end=\"1259\">la gen\u00e8se m\u00eame de cette structure<\/strong> qui interroge. Comment un \u201cmariage du priv\u00e9 sous contrat et du priv\u00e9 hors contrat\u201d \u2014 selon les mots m\u00eames du repr\u00e9sentant institutionnel \u2014 a-t-il pu \u00eatre possible, et tol\u00e9r\u00e9, dans un syst\u00e8me qui revendique haut et fort son r\u00f4le de service public de formation agricole ?<\/p><p data-start=\"1533\" data-end=\"1824\">Cinq ans d\u2019existence, des alertes r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es, des signaux rouges ignor\u00e9s, et tout cela <strong data-start=\"1618\" data-end=\"1646\">\u00e0 trois rues de la DRAAF<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p data-start=\"1826\" data-end=\"2124\">Derri\u00e8re <em data-start=\"1835\" data-end=\"1845\">The Land<\/em>, il y avait un projet port\u00e9 par le CNEAP\u00a0 : ruralit\u00e9 moderne, innovation, attractivit\u00e9, entrepreneuriat,communication tapante<strong>, <\/strong> et au final, <strong data-start=\"2048\" data-end=\"2070\">un d\u00e9ficit abyssal<\/strong> dont personne ne semble vouloir assumer la paternit\u00e9.<\/p><p data-start=\"2126\" data-end=\"2469\">Aujourd\u2019hui, on \u201csauve Saint-Exup\u00e9ry\u201d. Mais sauver ne veut pas dire oublier.<br data-start=\"2217\" data-end=\"2220\" \/>\u00a0Les langues se d\u00e9lient, un peu.
