Les \u00e9tablissements qui connaissent une baisse d\u2019effectifs ont peur de fermer \u00a0une classe sans contrepartie. Du coup, des projets sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s sans r\u00e9elle \u00e9tude, de la part de la DRAAF, des autres projets sur la r\u00e9gion ou sur les r\u00e9gions limitrophes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Pour l\u2019\u00e9volution des structures en apprentissage, les d\u00e9cisions sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 act\u00e9es par le Conseil R\u00e9gional sans tenir compte parfois des territoires de d\u00e9placement des jeunes\u00a0 (exemple du CS ma\u00e7onnerie paysag\u00e8re de Quetigny refus\u00e9).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong><em>Questions diverses<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Sur le remboursement des frais de d\u00e9placement, le DRAAF s\u2019est engag\u00e9 d\u00e8s lors que les dossiers sont complets, d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le remboursement si on lui fait parvenir le nom des personnes concern\u00e9es par des dossiers en souffrance. Le SNETAP a rappel\u00e9 que beaucoup d\u2019agents ne sont pas au courant de la d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialisation de la proc\u00e9dure sur Chorus\u00a0.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Face aux interpellations du SNETAP sur les erreurs sur de nombreuses fiches de service, M Hubert Martin \u00a0a parl\u00e9 de \u00ab\u00a0 manipulation scabreuse\u00a0\u00bb des \u00e9tablissements faisant fi de l\u2019insuffisance de DGH.Toute fiche de service doit correspondre \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Nous vous encourageons \u00e0 faire remonter au SNETAP les erreurs sur vos fiches de service ( non-respect du r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel, \u2026)nous vous invitons \u00e0 faire remonter tout les dysfonctionnements \u00e0\u00a0: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.snetap-fsu.fr\/Rentree-2018-Le-retour-des-vieux-demons-a-combattre.html\">https:\/\/www.snetap-fsu.fr\/Rentree-2018-Le-retour-des-vieux-demons-a-combattre.html<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Les agents ACEN devant passer en CDI vont recevoir leur notification. Le SNETAP a demand\u00e9 d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le processus car certains agents en ont besoin pour faire valoir leurs droits. D\u2019autre part, le SNETAP a d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 l\u2019exc\u00e8s de z\u00e8le de certains inspecteurs qui consid\u00e8rent que c\u2019est eux qui d\u00e9cident. Or ce n\u2019est pas de leur comp\u00e9tence. Le SNETAP a rappel\u00e9\u00a0 que les agents contractuels doivent \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9s d\u00e8s leurs 1eres ann\u00e9es et non pas \u00eatre \u00ab\u00a0 sanctionn\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb au bout de 6 ann\u00e9es\u00a0!!!<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">M Jean Luc Gautreau, expert \u00e0 la demande du SNETAP, a pu pr\u00e9senter la situation du site de Saint Marcel du CFA71.\u00a0 Le DRAAF a annonc\u00e9 la d\u00e9cision de sursoir\u00a0 (pour un an) \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision de d\u00e9localisation du site et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019une analyse plus approfondie.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Le SNETAP est intervenu pour qu\u2019une proc\u00e9dure claire soit \u00e9tablie au niveau r\u00e9gional.
