D\u00e9claration CTREA du 21 mai\u00a0 <\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Face au manque de moyens annonc\u00e9 pour la rentr\u00e9e 2019, nous ne si\u00e8gerons pas au CTREA BFC du 21 mai 2019.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Nous ne pouvons accepter\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n -Une telle baisse de DGH<\/span><\/p>\n -L\u2019impact important sur certaine lyc\u00e9e (DGH en baisse de plus de 1000h) qui laisse \u00e0 penser que les bacs techno et g\u00e9n\u00e9raux ne sont plus une priorit\u00e9 pour l\u2019EAP<\/span><\/p>\n -Une r\u00e9forme de la voie techno et g\u00e9n\u00e9rale faite dans la pr\u00e9cipitation, sans concertation, qui laisse envisager une rentr\u00e9e 2019 difficile<\/span><\/p>\n -Une part important des HNA, soit disant pour laisser plus d\u2019autonomie au LEGTA, mais qui se traduit sur le terrain par une tension importante pour les \u00e9quipes et donc une d\u00e9gradation des conditions de travail et des conditions<\/span> d\u2019apprentissage pour les jeunes.<\/span><\/p>\n -Une augmentation des seuils de d\u00e9doublement au d\u00e9triment de l\u2019enseignement et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des \u00e9l\u00e8ves alors que de plus en plus d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ves ont besoin d\u2019un suivi personnalis\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n La majorit\u00e9 des OS au niveau national ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 et vot\u00e9 contre ces r\u00e9formes et ont propos\u00e9 d\u2019autres solutions qui n\u2019ont m\u00eame pas \u00e9t\u00e9 discut\u00e9es par la DGER.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n A cela se rajoute beaucoup d\u2019inqui\u00e9tudes des personnels au sujet de la mise en place de la r\u00e9forme de l\u2019apprentissage et formation continue<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
