\u00a0Mobilisation \u00e0 la Roche-sur-Foron ce jeudi 04 avril 2025,\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

Les personnels de l’ENILV sont en gr\u00e8ve en soutien \u00e0 leurs agents\u00a0 R\u00e9gion qui travaillent sans rel\u00e2che pour la propret\u00e9 des locaux de l’\u00e9tablissement et pour le service de restauration !<\/p>

Depuis trois ans, trois agents R\u00e9gion ne sont pas remplac\u00e9s<\/strong>. A l’heure actuelle, il manque une personne sur deux<\/strong> , pour treize postes disponibles !<\/p>

Cela engendre une fatigue excessive\u00a0 pour les personnels en charge des t\u00e2ches d’entretien des locaux et de la pr\u00e9paration des repas et ind\u00e9niablement un manque de service criant pour les \u00e9l\u00e8ves.<\/p>

Le projet d’externalisation<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 de la r\u00e9gion AuRA\u00a0 n’arrange pas les choses !<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Il aura fallu qu’un pr\u00e9avis de gr\u00e8ve soit d\u00e9pos\u00e9 et qu’une journ\u00e9e d’action soit mise en place pour que les services du Conseil R\u00e9gional ne daigne enfin r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ce manque de personnel. Toutefois, ils n’apportent pour l’instant qu’une solution temporaire en faisant appel \u00e0 des agents contractuels.<\/p>

Les services de la R\u00e9gion promettent des contrats \u00e0 dur\u00e9e ind\u00e9termin\u00e9e\u00a0 pour la rentr\u00e9e de septembre 2025. Les personnel de l’EPL resteront vigilants \u00e0 ce qu’ils soient mis en place !<\/p>
